沃斯堡歐姆尼酒店(Omni Fort Worth Hotel)

Loved it. Was even able to have them schedule a food delivery which I appreciated! Michelle at the desk, 5 stars!

The location and property itself is amazing but they put me in an unsafe room with a nonworking phone and a nonworking smoke detector. Once I brought it the attention the only compensation they gave me was a drink voucher and management refused to talk to me about the situation they didn’t offer me to get another room so we spent the night in a very unsafe room with no smoke detector and a non-working phone.

El hotel es muy bonito, las opciones y calidad de la comida excelentes, la ubicación es perfecta PERO es imposible que te limpien la habitación. Lo solicitamos en repetidas ocasiones y cuando por fin nos “limpiaron” el cuarto, lo único que hicieron fue extender el duvet sobre la cama con cosas adentro. Terrible. Arruinó nuestra experiencia llegar cansados en la noche a una habitación sucia TODOS LOS DÍAS. Había hasta band aids con pelo del huésped anterior pegado en la regadera.

I was very disappointed in this stay considering g how much I paid. The walls are paper thin and felt like I was in the next room where people were talking. Didn’t sleep well because of thin walls and noisy traffic. Room service forgot some of my order and charged their own gratuity and service fee. The room was dirty and smelly. Very disappointed however the staff was really nice and helpful.

Because of the weather we had no hot water and the restroom stopped flushing other than that we love the Omni just weather issues we cut out trip short and checked out a day before

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable. But no hot water in the morning due to a freeze the night before.

It was great. Our room was large and comfortable with a great view! Housekeeping was extremely helpful and quick.

I have stayed here multiple times and this stay had the most average customer service, cleanliness, etc. I usually love the exceptional service provided, but almost every part of my trip was just OK. Pulled in to valet, surprised that I had to unload my luggage. (It has always been done for me.) Once luggage on cart, I rolled into the lobby with the cart. The “Guest Service attendant” (bell hop) tagged the cart and had me check in. He delivered luggage to room, fully unloaded everything. He was very personable….this staff was the best part of my Omni experience! There was trash on floor in room. Ate dinner at the restaurant, service was slow and it was not crowded. Waiter totally forgot to bring wine. Finally had to ask after our food was delivered. Multiple elevators acting up: one constantly stopping unnecessarily on a particular floor the other wouldn’t move. Let someone know and the response was, “I will let the manager know, but they have been acting up for a while.” Nothing stood out about check in or check out. Want to give a shout out to the “Guest Service attendants” (bell hops). Even the ones that were just in the elevators or lobby. They were very helpful and extremely attentive. I stay here for the convenience & location, but will probably consider a different hotel next year.
