Great place

The room was nice and clean and quite spacious. (2 queen suite) however, our toilet didn’t really flush and the shower took forever to drain. Swimming pool was nice and clean. However, the hot tub was disgustingly filthy. We did not like having to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Neighborhood was nice, however, there was oddly a significant amount of birds everywhere.

Everything was awesome! We had the jacuzzi suite and loved it. Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. We will definitely be back!

Comfy beds, clean, great breakfast with a ton to choose from, the waffles were AMAZING!! Indoor pool & hot tub were a hit for the kids!! Convenient location to everything.

Comfortable bed,, good room size, good lighting for reading in the evening. Only 15-20 minutes away from the Kimball Museum.

This priced is reasonably priced and the rooms are average. Worst aspect of the room was the parking lot lights shine right in the room like a spotlight. Staff could be more attentive

The property was clean and the staff was nice. However, the pool was not heated to a temperature you could swim in so if you are planning on using the pool, don't plan on it. You can use the hot tub, which is fine, but the pool was very disappointing.

We had two rooms for 4 nights. Both rooms had issues with the shower drain. The first night both drains emptied slowly. We had no less than 2 inches of water. The second night both drains stopped up. I called the front desk. Maintenance was not available until the next day. So, we didn't take showers. Maintenance said they fixed both drains. The drains started emptying slower for each person's shower. The 4th night the drains were completely clogged again. And, two of us were unable to take showers. The front desk said maintenance should be available in about an hour. After an hour they didn't show. We were planning on early in morning. So, we checked out and asked if the manager would give us a discount on the rooms for our inconvenience. He refused and charged us for the 4th night. We have stayed at several Comfort Inns in the past. However, we will never stay at this location, and we travel to this area every year to visit family.

The Customer Service Was Great, but The rooms A/C unit wasn't working properly, The spa pool was dirty and the the hair dryer didn't work.
