The sheets , pillow cases and ottoman had stains .. The windows were filthy , the shower was also dirty and the coffee bags were all open and the sugar and creamer was missing ... Not worth what i paid for the night

My stay was great. The room was very clean & the walk in shower was very nice. The outside patio area was awesome with chairs & a fire pit. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked a King room and when we arrived they didn't have any available. We didn't arrive until 7 PM and I booked a month in advance. Not sure why we couldn't get the room I booked.

We picked this hotel because it was next to the Embassy Theater not knowing it was connected with the skybridge. And our room was right next to it. We also picked this place because we stayed at other Courtyard hotels and we loved staying there. Everyone we interacted with were really friendly. Would stay there again.

We were there for a family visit. It was a nice area and we enjoyed the hotel. A lot of open areas in the lobby for visiting.

Great place to stay. Only issue I had was the in house restaurant (Conners). This is the second time I have had issues with them. Staff was again exceptionaly rude and unprofessional.

Check-in was hectic. Upon entering the hotel from the parking garage, the lobby wasn't on either of the direction signs. We had to make a turn to find another sign and then follow the arrow to the lobby. When we arrived (around 10:30 pm), there was another guest taking attention away from the employee at the desk. She went through the motions of checking us in, but didn't even tell us where the elevator was (had to ask). She was being pulled in different directions, I understand, but where was her help? The room was fine. There was a round, red stain on the carpet, and the TV said "Welcome Albert" (not my name), but otherwise, it was fine. There was noise in the hallway that we could hear in our room throughout the night and then into the morning. Not the fault of anyone, but if you're looking to stay here, something to keep in mind. The location is good, and I would stay here again. FYI: no complimentary breakfast at this property.

The Courtyard team was very helpful and great attitudes. Nice clean facility.

Overall very nice accommodations. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean but small, and exhaust fan didn’t work. Bed was very comfortable. Lobby was great, nice, modern, roomy and places to just hang. Pool was small and not heated. Enough for a couple families but not any more. Great location! Convenient to so much. We’ll stay there again.
