聖約翰堡麗笙酒店(Radisson Hotel Fort St John)

We stayed for 6 days but not even a single visit from housekeeping,the worst part is it’s been a month now they didn’t give back my deposit..i called for how many times but until now I didn’t receive my money..they just always saying that they will call back but they didn’t…please give back my deposit,and improve your service…thank you!

Small rooms, shower didnt work, cold breakfast ( food and dining area) some vehicle plugs didnt work.

Had to switch rooms because our first room the tv nor the coffee maker worked. The property was not clean, bathroom vent and floor filthy, the main door had to be shoulder checked to open or close as it was rubbing so hard. Front desk didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing, I walked into the front sliding doors as they opened way to slow. Just not very impressed

It is an ok place. Don’t expect the restaurant to be open much. And there are no plug ins for your phone or iPad. Hello it’s 2024

Not a Fan. Rooms we’re small, dark and low ceilings felt like I was staying in a worker camp.

In the three weeks I stayed there they never once cleaned the room. Asking for something at the front desk was normally met with confusion and often couldn't find shampoo or coffee

Ever since Radisson took over service and cleaning went downhill. They just jacked up the price, lowered the internet speed, stopped cleaning, and have pretty below average staff at the front dedk

Stayed twice, was great each time. Breakfast was awesome. Nav at the reception was particularly helpful

Booked a king room, found out I got a queen when I got into the room, called to switch was told they didn't have any available. When checking in I was asked do you have a floor/view preference, my response "I trust your judgement, whatever one you think is best" 2nd floor room with a close up view of the roof only partially obstructed by large power cables diagonally in front of the window. I trust service industry workers as they know their service better than I typically do, this time... I think I misplaced that trust
