海浪和沙灘酒店(Surf and Sand Lodge)

Stayed here over the weekend for a quick getaway. We had a king bed/ jacuzi tub suite and it was very nice! Very clean, updated and comfortable. Bed was comfy, and the balcony had an amazing view! A quick walk from our room down to the beach (a little steep at some places). Beautiful sunsets both days. The people at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! Dont forget to stop by Jennys Giant Burgers up the street for a delicous burger!

Overall the place is nice, had an ocean view and a balcony. The double queen beds were comfortable. It was quiet and slept well while hearing the ocean at a distance. Upon arriving, we found nail clippings on the carpet, a used sock underneath the bench, and hair in the bathtub. We called front desk to see if someone can vaccum the carpet but they said they couldnt help me since they we helping another customer and they had a shortage of staff. In a few minutes, a staff bought us the extra shampoo and conditioner. Then we asked the person for a vaccum cleaner. They bought it to our room but we wind up vacumming the carpet, No harm, there must of been some miscommunication. At least I know the floor was vacummed.

The stay was okay. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Screen door was busted. We also had ants in our room. We got those out and didn’t see any more thankfully. Love the location as it is great access to the beach. They were also painting the area outside our room so it smelled of paint in the room. I honestly don’t think I’d stay here again.

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen. Schöne Spaziergänge direkt ab Motel möglich. Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Leider wurde das Zimmer für die 2 Nacht nicht gemacht und auch Tee/ Kaffee sowie Duschartikel nicht ergänzt.

We came for my son’s 13th birthday and would definitely come back! Short stay, but room was very clean, beautiful view, and walkable to the beach. Would recommend!

When asking for an upstairs unit, we were told because we made the reservation through a third party (**********) they couldn't. As I feared, it was terrible listening to the loud walking across the floor above us while trying to sleep. This is not always the case at other places we have stayed, but was the case at this property.

Les chambres qui donnent sur l’océan ont une vue magnifique. Accès à la plage. Piste cyclable devant. Tranquille. Meilleur emplacement de la ville.

I'm not sure why this property is so highly rated, apart from the location. Staff were rude after check in. The nightly rate seemed very high for only 2 stars.

Room 103, broken toilet, no closets, ground floor, anyone can walk onto your deck from the path. We stayed here before with a much better room.
