No coffee and water or breakfast available and do not care for Starbucks. Will not stay again n to charge for parking while a guest is ridiculous.

We stay here time and time again when our roadtrips take us through Flagstaff. The rooms are quiet, the beds are very comfortable and we know we'll get a good night's sleep here. The bathroom is well apportioned and the gym offers a simple workout with the space and equipment provided. ProTip: if you stay here due to the Tesla Superchargers, ask if you can get a room on the lower level. It will put you within a few easy steps to your car due to your own door for easy entrance & exit.

I prepaid the purchase before arrival the extremely rude clerk charged me again I provided her with a receipt that I had already paid. She told me I could take it up with management in the morning because I didn’t understand. Nowhere on ********** does it say you have to pay for parking. I was also charged a parking fee on top of being charged twice for the room.

En general muy bien aunque tuvimos que quejarnos porque el primer día no nos hicieron la limpieza del cuarto y también echamos mucho de menos alguien del hotel que hablara español por lo demás todo perfecto

The hotel was very nice. Surprisingly quiet area. Bathroom was a little smaller than other Courtyards we have stayed at. Great view of Humphries. Loved the outdoor seating and firepit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was with the dogs of fellow travelers. I love dogs, but not the barking in the middle of the night.

All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is close to restaurants and other businesses yet tucked away for privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrible front desk staff, specifically their supervisor! We paid for a balcony but we didn’t get what we paid for. Look up in the dictionary to see what a balcony means.
