프론트에 직원이 항상 있는 것이 아니고 전화를 하면 직원이 오는 시스템이었어요. 하지만 전반적으로 깨끗하고 조용했어요

Stayed here before, quite satisfied with location convenience, staff, and generally the facilities. This time, I had trouble likely due to other guests, no fault of the hotel - intense smell of **** near the lobby and around & inside my room. I’d prefer if smoking was absolutely prohibited (& that was enforced).

Room was ok. Staff was great. Breakfast needs improvement. You pay for what you get pretty much. Easy to get to. I'll I wanted was a bed and breakfast. Good price for that.

We stayed three nights. The maid staff made up our room each day. I haven’t seen that done at the higher priced chains for a few years now. It was appreciated. Breakfast choices were limited but adequate. The breakfast area was always clean. Our room was spotless clean and the bed was comfortable. Only negative was we could not get a first floor room and there is no elevator. The outside of the property could use some sprucing up. We will definitely choose this property again.

Staff was rude the lady in the front assumed I was a smoker and literally told me they don’t have a smoking room while I don’t smoke or nor was looking for a smoke room

They didn’t even have fly shatter. They weren’t at front desk and had to wait 10 min. When I left at 430am, a guy was by car wanting handout of money in parking lot.

Side door had sign that said it was locked and for guests only, however there was no way to lock it so anyone could enter. The front door was not monitored and usually took a few minutes to get someones attention.

The exterior of the building looked neglected; painting and and exterior work would present a more welcome appearance. Same for the entrance. the carpeting needed to be vacuumed on the stairs and hallway. general cleaning would be beneficial. However, the price was reasonable, the room was very quiet and the desk clerk helped me to successfully access the internet.
