Comfortable stay - good location

Very unprofessional and noisy staff they had a party in the lawn and kept working all night. Staff was making noise and no response on complaints. The service was terrible and cleanness was so poor. This hotel is very expensive and offers very poor hygiene, service and facilities. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Oh, dear reader, sit tight and prepare for a rollercoaster of an experience at the illustrious Serena Faisalabad Hotel, where I recently embarked on a culinary and slumberous adventure that had me questioning the very essence of luxury. Allow me to regale you with the tale of my stay, for it's a story that must be told. The journey began with a smooth check-in that promised a world of opulence and extravagance. But, oh, how appearances can be deceiving! Eager to appease the growling beast within, I wasted no time and headed straight to the 'open court' food area. If only I had listened to the screams emanating from my stomach - they were cries of impending disappointment. The salad bar, adorned with the finest in greens, offered a truly avant-garde experience. I discovered a multi-dish presentation, which was nothing more than a few variations of cucumber, onion, corn, and beans. And the raita? Well, it was as common as they come, devoid of any delicate sauces or chutneys. The salad selection was about as exciting as a cucumber on a dull day. My excitement peaked as I made my way to the BBQ station, anticipating prawns that would tantalize my taste buds. Alas, what I received was a far cry from culinary ecstasy. To my shock and awe, the Malai Boti had bones - bones, I tell you! Even the humble street cafes serve a more dignified Malai Boti experience, sans the inedible surprises. As for the main course, variety was a word sorely lacking in Serena's dictionary. One chicken dish, two vegetables, and a mutton dish as cold as the service, which was colder than a polar bear's toenails. One could argue that even a school cafeteria offers more choice. Dessert, the saving grace of many a mediocre meal, was equally lackluster. The Gurr Walay Chawal were ice-cold, as if they'd been plucked from the Arctic, and the selection of desserts was limited enough to make a child's tea party seem like a lavish banquet. In the end, it was a hefty bill of 4400 rupees that left my wallet feeling lighter and my heart heavier. Serena Faisalabad Hotel, once a beacon of hospitality, now serves as a stark reminder of service degradation at its finest. It's a place where the promise of luxury is but a mirage, a culinary misadventure that one must experience to truly appreciate the depths of disappointment. So, dear reader, if you're looking for an unforgettable experience, Serena Faisalabad might just be the place for you, but perhaps not for the reasons they'd like you to believe.

Serena Hotel is not just a nice logding place. It has architectural distinction of certain cultural value sooths tiring nerves when you return from day work. It has peculiar ambiance to offer. It has certain value to offer overseas visitors, which may add image to our country.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent hospitality and services provided during my recent stay at your hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch.

Serious service and cooling issues but this is the best hotel in town so you dont have a better option. There are permanent glass marks on thier tables polish and service level in restaurants is not good. They seem to close their ACs at night, resulting in unsleepable conditions.

I have been staying at Islamabad Serena hotel and this one is an equal outstanding experience. From airport pickup till departure all expectations were exceeded by a large margin. Excellent Breakfast, wonderful rooms and many more amenities. Will surely return.

Amazing service and hotel ambiance, good food quality, neat and clean rooms, bed was nicely prepared. Room size was a bit compact but it was nice. So overall experience was good and I really enjoyed my stay at Serena Faisalabad.
