The good: Reasonably priced Great front desk guy Room was clean for the most part, some dirtiness on fridge The bad: People had a full blown bbq and party outside their room with chair's, tables, bbq, music, fold out tables, loud laughing and talking at 9:45 PM(on a sunday)!!! Property was very dirty with dunpster overflowing, food on pavement outside dumpster, beer bottles, tons of old gross carpet rolled and unrolled all around dumpster Felt slightly unsafe with the ghetto party going on across from our room Not really any grass around for pets to use the bathroom or get exercise Overall ok for quick stay but wouldn't go there for more than a night.

I chose this hotel primarily due to the ******* rating — I think it was 7.3. The hotel is barely a 3. Very old and in need of repair. Breakfast included is advertised — breakfast consisted of two small tables and six chairs in a corner of the checkin cage room. Coffee and a couple of packaged bars was the fair. Sorry, would NEVER recognize or stay here again.

We are disabled and a first floor room was not available. I was refunded without penalty. I did not see a place to request first floor room on website. I did get other accommodations. The girl behind the counter was not wearing a bra and I found it distracting.

Rooms are clean and area around rooms is well kept. Except there was some remodeling (maybe?) which resulted in an overflowing dumpster which flowed into a very cluttered pet area. Would not recommend if you have a pet.

Terrible coffee at front desk. Pet area needed ****s pulled. On our vacation this was by far the nicest, best, and cheapest stay. We will look at motel 8 from now on.

Disgusting, complete with maggots, trash everywhere. No pet area as it was filled with hotel trash!

Our neighbor played the TV (LOAD) all night long! Then about 0530, we heard things smashing. We got up & got out of there ASAP!

We stayed here four days earlier. We received same room. Paper *****s were still on floor. Electrical cords were still wrapped. Otherwise ok
