海龜灣小屋(Turtle Bay Lodge)

Nous sommes revenus passer 5 jours au Turtle Bay et sommes toujours autant enchantés par tout un ensemble que ce soit le cadre, le bord de mer, le confort , les 'lemon juicé et surtout la gentillesse du personnel.C'est incontestablement notre lieu de prédilection à Santo.Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

We loved every minute of our time here (despite the bad weather). The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room (ocean view) was spacious and comfortable, with a covered veranda. The only problem we had with the room was that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours quite clearly. Otherwise it was quiet and peaceful, with only the lapping of the waves to be heard. The restaurant served delicious meals. The breakfast, even though it was ony continental, was more than enough. We got a large fruit platter along with wedges of toast & jam, plus cereals and drinks. The other meals were also good, delicious restaurant quality. The trips organised from the resort were all excellent. They were able to change the times of them to suit our needs. We enjoyed every one of them. Mick and Vicky, the resort managers, are present most of the time and ensure everything is going well for your stay. They work very hard to ensure this. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Santos.

Le lit est les oreillers sont très confortables ! La chambre est spacieuse ! Café et thé à disposition ! Mini frigo ! Nourriture et petit déjeuner continental excellent ! Wifi .accès à la piscine et la plage facile !

We had a wonderful time here for 9 days with our family. 3 young kids and 2 adults. Very comfortable rooms with everything we needed. The daily servicing was an added bonus. The staff could not have been more friendly. They went out of their way to help us have a fantastic holiday. There is a very warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the lodge. The location is beautiful and the Island full of the most incredible natural wonders. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Turtle Bay Lodge! The setting is so pretty and peaceful, and the resort itself is attractive and very well-maintained. Our 2 bedroom bungalow overlooking the water was very comfortable, and although we'd been concerned about not having air conditioning, the sea breeze and fan kept us cool day and night. But the best part of all was the kind and helpful staff and managers, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and care for us in so many ways. We hope to return someday and wholeheartedly recommend Turtle Bay for a memorable and relaxing holiday!

This was our second stay at Turtle Bay and again, it did not disappoint! I need some new positive words to say!! Vicky and Mick (and of course we can't forget Ralph..) are perfect hosts and all the staff are amazing - so happy, friendly, always smiling and ready to help you with whatever you need. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We took my elderly parents with us this time and they also loved Turtle Bay. Everyone was so caring and really looked after Mum & Dad and treated them like their own parents. We stayed in one of the Marquees, as did Mum & Dad. They are air conditioned, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The food at Turtle Bay is exceptional and the entertainment is also fantastic. Turtle Bay is located 30-40 minutes outside Luganville but the staff will happily organise airport transfers and taxis for you. They will also organise any day trips or activities you want to do. I just cannot recommend Turtle Bay Lodge highly enough. You need not look any further for somewhere to stay.

Turtle Bay Lodge is the best family accommodation option on Espiritu Santo that includes both a restaurant and pool. Its by the ocean - creating an instant relaxed atmosphere to unwind in. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean with tasteful interior decorating.

Such a great stay with heaps to explore and enjoy around Santo. The resort staff and Managers were all amazing and available to help us out with any queries and to organise tours upon request. The family room was very comfortable with plenty of space and the food was fantastic. The kids loved spending time in the pool or exploring the waterfront and we enjoyed the amazing snorkeling just offshore. Would happily visit Turtle Bay again!

Such a magical time. Perfect place to holiday with a young child. There was plenty to keep a four-year-old entertained with a kids' pool and a very safe beach. Lots of cut hermit crabs to look at and eels and fish to feed. All the meals were delicious, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Strongly recommend!
