too noisy in the 3nd floor. I can hear someone talking (maybe hotel staffs) easily.

Very nice hotel with a nice hottub but a smallish pool. The on site restaurant and atnosphere were top notch. The setting was great, right on the lake but a bit far from Presque Isle. Overall, this hotel comes highly recommeded.

This was my third stay at this property. The staff is always lovely and the rooms are comfortable and super clean. Two small complaints—the lampshade on the desk was missing a part so the lampshade was crooked and unsteady. It would be so simple to fix and made the room feel a little shoddy. Second, we ordered room service—the food was excellent but came in plastic to-go containers. It would have been much more pleasant to eat on real plates with silverware rather than plastic utensils. Plus my flatbread pizza was stacked in the container so it got mushy by the time I was done eating it. There was a big banquet going on at the same time that we ordered room service so maybe they ran out of place settings. All of that said the staff here is always so friendly and helpful and I enjoy staying here. Solid 4.5 stars rounded down because of those two small issues.

Overall, a very nice hotel. Checkin was efficient and front desk was very friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Room service was quick and food was delivered fresh/hot. View of marina was lovely as was the sunrise each morning.

At the time of booking, there was no mention of construction from 8a-5p DIRECTLY ABOVE MY ROOM (I went upstairs to see what was going on.) Carpet installation and mudding drywall are not exactly quiet activities. The room was not as clean as I expected for the price and Sheraton name. Black stains on the bedskirt. Back of the bathroom door dusty. Not-so-fresh smell in the room. The front desk staff were excellent. Parking was easy and plentiful. Room was spacious for 1 person. Nice view of the lake.

Marvelous views of the bay from the rooms and the hotel restaurants. A long work desk sits underneath the large picture windows framing the water views on the bay side. This hotel is part of a hotel complex on the bayfront with numerous restaurants and a waterfront walkway. A Skybridge with amazing views connects the hotel to the conference center. Staff is extremely helpful.

We had a room with two queen beds on the 8th floor and it was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great view of the boats and water. We were traveling with a pod on our SUV, which meant we couldn’t fit in the parking garage but we appreciated that we were immediately accommodated with alternate parking.
