Front desk staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. Definitely noticed the improvements being made to the property. Front waiting area and breakfast area were very clean and well taken care of! Rooms were very nice and clean, appreciated the updated fixtures and furniture. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Room was ok needs an updated bathroom area. Light in bathroom needs a light cover on it. Bed was very comfortable and pillows too. Price was nice for the stay and for what we had. Overall I rate it a 3.5

Not too far from the interstate which makes it pretty convenient. Right next to Mercyhurst University, which is why I chose it. Plenty of parking space. As soon as I came in, the front desk staff was there and ready to check me in. Check in process was smooth. Place is clean.

For the most part our stay here was great. However we did have a few concerns. The internet was slow, the television volume control was limited and the channels were hard to navigate and there was mold in the soap holder in the bathroom. The biggest thing we noticed was that the headboard electricity was not working when we arrived. After pulling out the bed, we found that the headboard was covering the outlet, however someone had attempted to force the power ***** plug in to the covered outlet and it was partially plugged in and crooked. We had to find a way to plug the power ***** in elsewhere to get lights and plugins on the head board to work, but also had safety concerns that this may be the case in other rooms.

I’m a travel nurse and the room was very clean quiet and bed was so comfy. Staff is excellent to me since I’m a returning customer. Will continue to book here when I’m in Erie.

This place is very dirty, unkept and gross. Thought we were getting a good deal on the price of the room but there are plenty of other hotels closer for what we wanted and a lot cleaner. The sink was so clogged the water didn’t go down. The smell of **** was sickening. The shower was gross with mold in the soap dish and the shower head barely in the wall. Breakfast was a joke. The bagels were in ziploc bags that lord only knows where they got them from and if the person putting them in the bags were even wearing gloves.

Beautiful remodeled rooms and new mattress. Quiet and wonderful staff. Very clean. I will continue to book there anytime I am in town.

Terilyn was so kind and helpful just like what previous reviews had said. We picked this hotel for that reason. I appreciate a friendly front desk person and she was it!! Bed was very comfortable as well. The rest of the hotel was average. We were not there for the amenities.
