My wife was here for work and really enjoyed her stay. The staff was great. The food was very good, the pool area was a nice place for the cookout and to relax after a busy day. Internet worked very well. The gym was good, had a smith machine. They have security and metal detectors at the entrance.

The hotel is very nice, located in the best location, quiet area, the rooms are very good, and service is fantastic, the staff is helpful, overall the stay is fantastic in this hotel, and the cost is logic compare to the hotel quality.

Bad service the staff they don't have a knowledge about service .... Food is not fresh they brought awful fillet and the order came late after one hour Late check out... The front office team they don't have experience

I have a monthly membership and had a small issue, but the response from the team was very prompted and efficient. The atmosphere is great over the weekend, special gratitude for Aziz, he is very professional.

Oldukça kaliteli şık temiz bir otel. Çalışanlar profesyonel ve Güleryüzlüler. Otel iskan caddesi ve kale ye yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltısı yeterli az çeşit ama kaliteli ürünler kullanıyorlar. Mehmet şef Güler yüzü ile müşterilerle ilgileniyor

I stayed here for 2 x 3 night stays in February. I was very happy with the experience. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The decor of the rooms was nice and although slightly dated seemed well maintained. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom only featured a shower (handheld and a rain shower). I only used the hand held one and the pressure was excellent. I only ate at the hotel once. The price was ok by international standards (a Kebab was $15 on room service but the portion was very big). The location of the hotel is very good. Less than 10 minutes walking to the Citadel and 5 minutes walking to a street with lots of cafes / restaurants. I would certainly stay here again in Erbil.
