伊利拉昆塔温德姆套房酒店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ely)

We have always been pleased with LaQuinta, but this time even more so. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrades since our last visit (pre-pandemic). The room was stunning - very clean and comfortable with a lot of options to sit, heat up food, etc. It was so great to have everything we needed. Thank you!

It was an extremely busy weekend, but we didn't have any problems and really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Friendly staff did a great job with that. I reserved a handicapped accessible 2 room suite. Turns out these rooms are only located on the second floor of a building with no elevator. Is this even legal inn2023? When. I complained to the staff and explained how severely handicapped I am they still wouldn’t do anything. They did offer to rent me another room at full price after I had already paid for their nicest room when I reserved it. Unbelievable. My choice were to lose the 209 bucks I had already paid and go somewhere else. Or I guess I could have just got up out of my wheelchair and flew to the upstairs room. I haa as e stayed here numerous times. Never had an experience like this.

We were up late with hunt and the staff kept knocking on door as early as 830 till check out they wouldn’t stop I went to sleep at 5am don’t knock on the door till check out very upset my kid couldn’t sleep

Have stayed in a hotel 70 nights this summer. Always request an upstairs room away from noise makers like stairwells. Only 3 times was my request not honored, all 3 were at a La Quinta, including this one. Their excuse is always the same: "Even though you pre-paid the room in advance, we filled up with other request before getting to yours." Just so happened that happened at all 3 La Quintas I stayed at, and nowhere else? Apparently their corporate policy is just to ignore customer requests, then lie to them about the reason. They put me on the bottom level, right next to the stairwell. I heard footsteps above me well into the night, and many people going up and down the stairs late at night and early in the morning. Horrible night's sleep.

Older hotel that needs updating. We were in a different building that had stairs only and no elevator and was not told this during booking. The beds were worn out and the pull out was terrible. Squeaked and hardly a mattress. There was a large dirty spot on the carpet and the layout of the suite was not good. TV was way to high on the wall and you had to crane your neck to watch it in the main area.

The property or hotel does not treat their customers like they use to. They use to have a great evening food and happy hour. This is my last time staying at this hotel. Jack up the prices for rooms and do not treat your customers like you use to!

the free breakfast was good. mattress was lumpy, air conditioner/heater sounded like a truck engine. curtains had holes and bed spread had stains.

They did not have our reservation and we were not allowed to stay at the hotel. We had to leave and find another hotel. Which was a huge inconvenience.
