It is an older property but everything was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom vanity was nice and large. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had eggs, sausage and waffles for hot food plus an assortment of breads and cereal and yogurt. We would stay here again. The only downside was the front door/lobby felt like it was in the back because we had to drive around the building to find it.

Hotel staff was great, very friendly & efficient. Lobby was clean and festive. Plenty of convenient parking. The room overall was okay overall however our coffee pot had moldy coffee in it, & the white shower curtain had large dirty spots on it & was ripped at the top. Hot tub was nice but avoided the pool as it was very cold & was a green color. Sorry to say have no plans of coming back.

Quiet, comfortable, and affordable stay. The staff were all kind and helpful, and while things are a little worn around the edges, it was clean, beds were comfy, and we had a great stay. Also, it's a good location for anyone needing fast food, coffee, restaurants, etc; super close to all and right off the freeway.

What I liked the most was how comfy the bed was. It was by far the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. The staff were very kind and helpful. My only gripe is the noise from other guests walking down the passageway and the footsteps from above your room, other than that the hotel was great and it's very affordable. I will be staying here again.

I came in super late last night and the gal working the counter was super sweet about it. The room key programmer was not working so the poor maintinence guy got up and came over to try and help fix it. Through the whole process the staff was very kind. I never got a key card but they did let me in with a regualr key so I could get some sleep before having to go to work.

The hotel definitely needs some new mattresses mine had a hard bump in it, but Holly at the front desk gave us a new room quickly, she was a sweetheart. Room 109 is next to the room that they do dishes in and it can get a bit noisy early in the morning. But other than that our stay was adequate.

Nicely maintained, with friendly, professional front desk staff. Near multiple restaurants, stores, and charming downtown Ellensburg…yet near the interstate and easy to get to. We will use this hotel again.

A stay from the past. This place is either old or has been very poorly maintained over the years. The pool and hot tub area has peeling ceiling and stains everywhere. There’s no elevator either. The room is dark and somewhat unwelcoming. For the money, I wish we had stayed somewhere else in town.
