My husband and I stayed at this hotel in the past and we've always had an excellent stay. The hotel, the room, and the pool area were well taken care of and clean. The location is also great, not much traffic with two gas stations for travelers right down the hill from it.

Thomas was so friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that I set off the smoke detector while blow drying my hair but I guess that means they're in working order. There is a convenience store/gas station directly in front of the hotel if you need a midnight snack.

It was a older hotel made to look newer. The hot water in the hotel was saved for the spa. Our room mirror had a major crack in the middle of it, and there was blood on the back of our door towards the bottom. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The front desk employee was very accommodating and the pool area was extremely nice. Overall, we will not be returning to this hotel on our next trip to Elkhart.

The property was safe clean and comfortable. No complaints there. My one issue is that the card I used to reserve the room was not the card I planned to pay with. But, they had already charged my first night before I got there to pay and wouldn’t reverse the charges, to put on the card I wanted to use.
