Lugar extremamente aconchegante, perto de tudo, atendimento muito cordial dos proprietários. O nosso chalé tinha uma bela vista da Bahia Redonda. O hotel está a poucos metros da Av Libertador, local central para todo comércio, restaurantes e bares. Silencioso, muito limpo e amplo. Recomendadíssimo!

Pequeño hotel, con habitaciones estilo cabañas. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas (heladera grande, microondas, horno a gas, vajilla, etc). Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y el ambiente es muy acogedor. Atendidos directamente por sus dueños, la amabilidad es la regla. Siempre dispuestos a colaborar para que la estancia sea agradable (nos prepararon el desayuno antes del horario para que pudiéramos tomarlo antes de que nos pase a buscar nuestra excursión, por ejemplo). Excelente ubicación, a solo una cuadra de la calle principal. El único punto flojo era que la señal de wifi no llegaba a ciertos lugares de la habitación, pero donde llegaba la conexión era buena.

I would like to highly recommend Linda Vista and Linda the owner. We were family of five coming from Miami. The apartment is big, well equipped, and super clean. The breakfast is great and staff are efficient and nice like Linda. The service is truly unbelievable: anything we needed was successfully dealt with immediately no matter what was the time or request. Moreover, In terms of trips in the area Linda is so knowledgeable and helped us choose the ones that will be perfect for our family, and save us time online and booked for us whatever we wanted even in the same day without any extra costs and with excellent providers. When there was time for us to leave to Bariloche she found out we forgot our medicine. She immediately contacted us, and though we were in flight away she spent her own time, did everything she could to sent it to us and indeed though we could not find, she was able to locate someone who flew within a day to our location. This kindness and service is very rare and needs to be cherish. We enjoyed our stay very much. It felt like home away from home, and we could not recommend enough Linda vista.

Centrally located. Within walking distance to downtown street. Tour buse to El Chalten and Perito Merino stopped by the hotel to pick us up. Very friendly front desk lady/owner, Sue Won, originally from Korea. Her brother came to Argentina 50 years ago and owns other motels/properties. Shared some of her personal stories as well. Very nice. She spoke decent English. Difficult to find English speaking people in Argentina. Sue was very helpful and made our stay very homely. Gave us some good tips on currency conversion which is a big mess in Argentina with the exchange rates…..

Pasamos 10 días muy agradable. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, cerca del lago, el centro de Calafate; supermercados; restaurantes y puntos de nuestro interés. Un lugar con un hermoso jardín atendido por uno de los propietarios, lindas vistas y sin ruido externo. La familia súper especial y amable al igual que Isabel están siempre disponibles; las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. La habitación donde nos hospedamos tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar; cuenta con Tv, wifi ( pero a veces no funcionaba pero parece que es algo normal en la zona) . Recomendado.

The property was located near to restaurants, parks and the main street. Their breakfast and homemade lunch options were awesome. I really loved the way the owner and her family took care of the guests. My only issue is that both ******* and the hotel both charged us for the same night (double charged). I repeatedly called the property to refund us since we had already prepaid with ******* . ******* even replied saying that ******* had paid the hotel and the owner needs to refund us. The owner refused and double charged me. So beware of the double charge on your credit card!!! I felt like I have been ripped off for one night stay at ElCalafate.

After our booking was cancelled last minute with another hotel. The owners here were extremely accommodating of our last minute booking. The room was spacious, clean and in keeping of the local area. The apartments had clearly been built with care and attention and with travellers in mind. The location was also perfect to walk to the restaurants and bars of the town. From the moment we arrived the owners were extremely helpful. They spoke great English, which was useful given our limited Spanish. The trips they recommended were fantastic including the Santa Cruz Kayaking which was our favourite thing to do in El Calafete. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay for those looking to explore the natural wonders of Patagonia.

Beds are small. Flat tv is 19 inches. Heating is not working. Bathroom is quite old . Staff is not friendly, and not fluent in Spanish. The location is good. And El Calafate is a safe city. But for the price you will find better options nearby. Think well before complete your registration
