愛因霍温機場鬱金香酒店(Tulip Inn Eindhoven Airport)

Hotel cómodo por la ubicación excelente para llegadas o salidas desde el aeropuerto. Muy limpio, recepción agradable y profesional. Inconveniente el aire recircula toda la noche sin posibilidad de poder apagarlo manualmente y es que hace un poco de ruido a la hora de dormir. El aislamiento hacia las otras habitaciones y hacia el exterior es una maravilla eso si.

Use this hotel only if you have a very early flight from the airport or not even then. An unmaintained hotel with rooms where the window cannot be opened and the ventilation does not work. The temperature in the room was over 30 degrees C. I complained about the high temperature in the room and that the air conditioning was not working but they persistently refused to give me another room. The phone was also not functional. The receptionist, as well as her colleague, claimed that the temperature in all the rooms are the same (not true!). Only after I argued and stayed at the reception for more than half an hour and said that I would sleep with the room door open, because the temperature in the corridor was normal, they gave me another room where the temperature was normal and the air conditioning worked normally. Basically, expect not to sleep if you are assigned one of the "sauna rooms". My advice: avoid this hotel if possible.

Personeelsleden heel vriendelijk, en behulpzaam. En ik bent zeer tevreden met de personeelsleden, ik hebt geen spijt van, en graag zien mij volgende keer. Met vriendelijke groet, Henk kasanradji en vita!!!

Heel goed, vriendelijk personeel Mooie ruime kamer met de nodige voorzieningen. Prettig verblijf! Kamers zijn echter wel gehorig waardoor je de buren goed hoort. Verder een goed verblijf, tevreden!

This is the first time I have had such a bad experience in a hotel. We froze in the room we paid 90 euro per night. the room was very cold. They said that the hotel's heating system was broken and they did nothing. We sat in the room with our coats on. and we will probably get sick. We want a solution for this big problem we are having. I want a refund. because if I slept outside for free, I would feel less cold.

Alles was in orde, ligging bij (in) luchthaven. Bij vroege uitcheck ideaal.
