The place is falling apart. The ceiling of the bathroom is broken. The doublet dirty. The Han set of the bedroom broken. Everything is broken. The window can be opened from outside. Not safe place for your things and not safe place for you Your health. The person running the business really rude when you ask for the address.

I didn’t expect any luxury for the price I paid, but this was well below my expectations. There is no reception or anyone around to help you when you check in. I was given a wrong code to the safe with the key and couldn’t get in the room for an hour after I arrived. It took talking on the phone with 3 different people before I was able to get the key. When I entered the room, I realized that not having been able to get in the room at first was a blessing in disguise. The room was trashed. It was never cleaned after guests who had stayed there previously (see pictures below). I immediately returned the key to the safe and left. I was able to book another hotel nearby. The owner offered a key to another room, but it was after I had already booked another hotel, and I could never return to this hotel. The building itself is not very clean either. At the moment I am disputing the charge and fighting to get a refund. Do yourself a favor: do not book this hotel.

The rooms were not as advertised they resembled a clean prison cell. Windows are not double glazed Do not shut so room s are noisy. Got sick from dirty Airconditioners - filters are full of dust. Bathroom tiles cracked, hand held shower arm has no fixture to wall and there’s no shower head. Kitchenette cupboard doors do not exist, 0nly provided with 1 and a half pillows for 2 adults . Duvet cover suitable for two adults if thin , if normal they work for one . Overall room was dirty on the mail all’s no cardd we given

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor service offered by booking website. I have been booking hotel rooms through the booking website for many years. I recently(30.3.2023) booked 2 rooms per 2 nights at the Rich Royal Suites Eilat hotel through booking website and relied on booking as a website that publishes good and recommended places to stay. However, I found the service to be extremely poor. After I made the reservation for 2 rooms per 2 nights, I read some of the recent reviews about the hotel and my eyes darkened, in the reviews customers wrote that the rooms are dirty and dusty, there is a musty smell, the sheets are dirty, there is garbage under the bed, moisture from the ceiling, broken furniture, no hot water in the shower, no electricity , there is no remote control for the TV and the air conditioner, an air conditioner that does not work, there were hairs in the toilets, in addition, customers received wrong codes to open a safe with the key to enter the rooms and waited hours outside the hotel until they received the correct codes, there is no reception at the hotel and there is only a phone that is answered by representatives of the hotel in a disgusting and disrespectful manner. The hotel staff was unprofessional and unkind, and some of the facilities advertised on the booking website Advertised as deceiving the consumer, the hotel does not have breakfast, and they send the guests to another restaurant. A hotel with such reviews should not be advertised. The hotel has a lack of human relations. . Booking should take direct responsibility and not shirk it. Booking should waive cancellation fees for this hotel and not represent a sub hotel level. Given these circumstances, I have kindly asked Booking to waive the cancellation fee (223$) for my reservation for the 2 rooms, as the hotel does not offer the advertised service and the number of negative reviews is unimaginable. However, booking representative refused to do so, citing your company's cancellation policy and claiming that only the hotel has the decision to waive the cancellation fee and must wait up to 48 hours. The hotel responded almost immediately that it was not willing to waive the cancellation fee and charge one night for each of the 2 rooms. I find this unacceptable and that the booking company is not ready to take responsibility for the services advertised on its website. It is the reservation company's responsibility to ensure that the hotels advertised on their platform meet the standards, and in case they do not, the company must take responsibility by waiving/subsidizing the cancellation fees. I strongly urge you not to follow my mistake and order rooms in this hotel via booking or another platform very disappointed.

The hotel does not have an elevator, access is via stairs only. They changed our room 4 times. The first had no power, the second had water running down the wall and smelled of mold, the third had no extra bed and the fourth was what we stayed in. The closet was very dirty and moldy and the musty smell is in the whole room. The bathroom does not have a shower door and water fills the entire bathroom. The extra bed for my daughter was broken. Mattresses are horrible. The staff didn't freak out when I complained about the rooms. The hotel does not seem to have the structure to receive customers at the moment and should not even be called a Hotel and needs an urgent general renovation. We only accepted to stay because we came from far away and we couldn't go home. WE DON'T RECOMMEND!!!
