Check in was smooth and front desk quickly delivered toiletries to our room upon request. Very convenient location with Kingsway Mall across the street.

Check in was good, quick and easy. When we pulled up to our building, the entrance was being blocked by a group 3 three people, drinking and smoking **** on the curb. Walked through a cloud of smoke (with our children). The hallway smelled of ****. Our room was clean. The first night we were there, no one slept. We were in room 155, the room beside the building entrance door. This door is clearly broken. Every time someone opened it, the door slammed behind them, causing room 155 to shake. The noise was extremely loud. This happened all night along. Starting at 5:55am, it was continuous. I went to the front in the morning and asked to be moved. The hotel was full. The noise with the door continued again all night long the second night. Again no sleep. For $200 a night, it would have been nice to at least have a good night sleep. Hotel was okay, but I would avoid any room that is located by an entrance door.

Very noisy. Rooms were not cleaned unless you requested it. Stains on some of the furniture and accessories. Parking lot very tight.

Run down structure, bedrooms need updates severely. No seating anywhere outside the hotel, no area to socialize at all.

Initially the reception made an inappropriate comment warning and implying customer was going to be noisy and disruptive. I said excuse me I just arrived I’m a regular best western customer. I told her comment was very inappropriate and I was here on business trip. She then changed her tone and finished my room reservation. I never went back to her for any hotel support. But I’d like to speak to the manager.

Have stayed here multiple times. Always enjoy my stay staff are very friendly. Like the restaurant on site.

We like going there for the swimming and a walk to the mall But the last two times the beds were uncomfortable lumpy fan is noisy in room Heating is noisy didn’t sleep well

Was a last minute booking for us as we needed something close to the Royal Alex hospital and this property was just minutes away. I would say it was a good stay. Everything was about average or what you would expect. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we did not use it at all. I will likely book another stay at this hotel and bring the kids so they can give a review of the pool, slide and hot tub.
