乾草市場中心酒店(Haymarket Hub Hotel)

Helpful staff, got an early check-in. Room was very clean and spacious, would definitely book again. Near Haymarket Station and a 20 minute walk to Murrayfield Stadium. Breakfast was okay, food could have been cooked a little longer. e.g. bacon , black pudding etc. However a varied range off food.

Didn’t stay at hay market hub as it has now closed but must say was transferred to old Waverley hotel and had an excellent time rooms clean and nice staff friendly and pleasant would definitely stay here again

The Covid measures were really good upon arriving we were asked to complete the track and trace and then shown to a table outside The app for ordering was well explained and once ordered our drinks came very quickly The staff were polite and friendly Would come here again

Stayed here as it was local to airport First impressions, floor was very dirty, cigarette ends outside, the receptionist was speaking Spanish to a colleague which I didn't think was very professional. She gave me my room key and information, but a smile wouldn't have went a miss. I made my way to my room which was like Harry potters room under the staircase as was so small and no window either! Even though I'd booked an exterior room type. The aircon was blowing out hot air into a stuffy small cupboard room with no ventilation. being far too hot! a night porter came up to try fix it but it still didn't work. Tried the sky TV with no aerial service, and very soft lumpy mattress. No explanation was given, no partial refund. No reply to my last email either, as like to give any hotel a chance to get back to me in private when expectations aren't met on rare occasions.
