Air conditioner wasn't working so it was very stuffy in the room. Metal shower shelf in all the rooms I've stayed in over the past several weeks have been loose and about to fall off the wall. Toilet is difficult to flush and you mush hold the handle for quite some time. Scott, the evening desk clerk is amazing. One of the women in the morning (not sur of the name) was a bit rude.

We liked the hotel. It could have been cleaner, there were smears on the walls and bedding. We also had silverfish in the bathroom that we killed on our last two nights, didn’t notice them the first two nights, and only saw them when waking up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The bathroom didn’t have a fan, which I would say attributed to this problem. The room didn’t feel like 420sf, perhaps the layout of the room? Obviously we didn’t measure it; but we stay in a lot of hotel suites and this one wasn’t “roomy” as I would have expected. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices and great coffee, and attendants were great at keeping things full. We had a burned out lightbulb at the desk in our room that we asked to get replaced our second day. It wasn’t replaced while we were gone that day. Scott was great and brought us a new one promptly when we asked again. My husband lost his debit card in the lobby on day 2 of our 4 night stay and they left us a message, but we were still there. I was curious why no one brought it to our room as our reservations were for for two more nights. They did say they would mail it when I got the message after arriving home. Hot tub and pool were down for part of our stay; but when it was open the temperatures were perfect in the hot tub and pool. Area around the hotel felt safe and was clean compared to other places we have stayed in the Minneapolis area. Overall, we would stay there again.

Stayed with my adult daughter for a girls trip. 3 night stay. Pros: First night clerk was so friendly and helpful! Size of the room is great. Lots of parking. Close to Cub Foods. And minutes drive from many stores. Breakfast was good although the hours are for very early risers. Staff kept food area clean and stocked. Cons: Bathroom bugs. Online search says maybe a silverfish. Didn’t see them until night 2. - Nobody came to make the beds or replace towels, body wash, coffee, etc. - Dining area very small. Hard to get a seat to eat breakfast. —Lopsided tables spilled our coffees. Stained upholstery and carpeting. - The door was difficult to open from the inside to get out of the suite. It worked, but was tricky. - No one answered the phone at front desk when we called a couple times. And the day clerk was not friendly. Not rude, but seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Didn’t talk to us or ask us how are stay was. - Carpeting and sofa/chair stains. With the currency conversion it was over averaged price, so at that price I am not sure we would stay again. The bathroom bugs really freaked me out. And the front desk staff should be friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Except first night, he was very friendly, engaging and helpful.

Very Outdated Hotel! The walk in shower was false advertisement because i had an old style step up into tub shower combo. The toilet stopped up. The carpet is old looking. The room had poor lighting. Kids kept running full speedbup and down the halls. So many kids that it felt like an early spring break! The TV was very very tiny, the size of a Computer monitor in the year of 2023! The front desk lady only activated 1 out of 2 of my door cards. She wasn't nice but she wasn't mean either, it was a mild Racist vibe i was getting from her. I would not stay again. For the price, it was too outdated, tv too small, need a 42 inch tv not a 20 inch - 25 inch. Bed was okay but the pillows smelled funky, not sure if it was not well kept feather pillows or lack of cleaning. The Fitness room was missing weights and not well kept.

Hotel was very clean and safe. Hot tub had a lot of foam, but I understand spas are hard to maintain. I wish rooms were provided with 2 bars of soap and extra shampoo / conditioner.

The thermostat didn't work; multiple outlets didn't have a cover on them; the room was extremely dusty and the room was so dry & so full of static that I was electrocuted every time i touched something. Very dissappointed in what is supposed to be an above average hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient. Hotel room needs a little updating, but it's very clean and the pressure in the shower is fantastic!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. At least the room we stayed in, needs a definite refresh with the carpets, lampshades, and grouting in the bathroom area. The overall area where the hotel is, is very nice. felt very safe in the area.

Very nice, room was clean and spacious. The heat didn’t work initially, but was quickly fixed. Nice breakfast options.
