Run by great friendly and very accommodating family. Rooms are spotless and unique. Beautiful location. Highly recommend staying here. Close to town. Walking distance to the port. Beautiful little downstairs bar for a view of the river and chat in beautiful Echuca. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Very very happy with our accommodation and holiday.

Julie and her family we're extremely hospitable to all our wants and needs were cattered for no matter what we asked for. You can cook in your room or quite literally walk a few hundred metres and come through the back of the Shamrock which almost seems like it's part of the hotel it's so close. biking and walking tracks start at the hotel. It's very easy to get around and extremely close to the Port. You could literally last minute say I want to go for a paddle steamer ride and your 4 minutes walk away. With a fan and air-conditioner in the bedroom, you will never get hot or cold. The pool overlooking the Campespe is amazing. The worlds, best gin/vodka and tequila distillery within 10 minutes walk @bar-lee. Thank you again, Julie.

A beautifully appointed suite which had the bonus of a cooktop and stove if you wanted to cook. Just around the corner is an array of cafes and restaurants. Air conditioning in both the living and bedroom was perfect to keep cool. On arrival was homemade rum balls which were delicious. The Emmylou suite has a very comfortable bed and lounge with eclectic decor. A great place to stay if you want some peace and quiet.

What a lovely four night break in Echuca. Our accommodation was generous in size and super-comfortable, with a fully functioning kitchen, large living room and balcony overlooking the river. And good wifi! We made use of the swimming pool (had it all to ourselves) and appreciated the attentiveness of the owner. Will return...

What a fabulous place to stay. We loved everything about it. The apartment was beautifully decorated and really clean. Loved the view over the Campaspe and got to sit on the balcony to watch a magnificent sunset. The location is central and brilliant. Close to shops, cafes and the port. Highly recommend and we hope to go back again shortly.

This accommodation was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was clean and it was situated close to the historic Echuca dock. We stayed two nights and only used the car once. We definitely recoment this place highly.

Excellent location just minutes from the historic Port of Echuca precinct. We stayed in the Emmylou suite on the ground floor. Clean, spacious, well equipped and lovely view of the pretty flower beds. Very nice and helpful hosts, historic renovated old hotel, great location - highly recommend

Dave & Summar operate a very efficient and friendly business. Our apartment was spotless, adequate towels and well equiped kitchen. A lovely location on the river, close to the Port of Echuca and would recommend.

This is about the third time we've stayed here over the years and it remains among the best places one can stay in Echuca. Quiet, perfectly located and well appointed. Unfortunately had to knock off a few marks; bed was pretty uncomfortable and pillow selection was poor - all flat. Noise transfer from other rooms also left something to be desired. Really great coffee machine, but milk provided was frugal and not replenished - bit hard when there is no convenience store within cooee. Probably time some things were updated to match the price, such as the TV sets and the bedding. I know these are small things, but this is at the higher end of the price range and so I don't feel bad being a bit picky. Can't wait to get back there though.
