伊斯特蘭拉昆塔温德姆套房酒店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eastland)

We have stayed in many LaQuinta properties in the past. This has to be one of the worst. First, the carpets were stained, the floors looked dirty, the sheets were worn and the recliner looked like it had been picked up alongside of a road. In addition I killed a roach and asked that the room be sprayed. I don't know if this was done. I let the desk know that we would be out of the room all day. When we returned in the evening, the room had not been even made up. However, the breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.

I HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE BUT THIS TIME MY EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING. UPON CHECK IN THE CLERK WAS MOST UNFRIENDLY AND APPEARED TO BE JUST PASSING TIME UNTIL HER NEXT CIGARETTE BREAK WHICH SHE TOOK IMMEDIATELY AFTER I CHECKED IN ….PACING BACK AND FORTH IN FRONT OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE SMOKING AND TALKING LOUDLY ON HER CELL PHONE! I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO SEE A SIGN ON THE FRONT DESK THAT SAID DUE TO A “LABOR SHORTAGE” MY ROOM WOULD NOT BE CLEANED OR UPDATED DURING MY STAY!! THE ROOM WAS OTHERWISE ACCEPTABLE. MY 6 AM CHECKOUT WAS EVEN WORSE. THE DESK CLERK CHECKED ME OUT WITHOUT A WORD AND WITH HIS TATOO SLEEVES ON BOTH ARMS…FILTHY HANDS AND FINGERNAILS AND FLIP FLOPS HE LOOKED LIKE A CONVICT ON WORK RELEASE!! THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I STAY HERE!

Toilet overflowed and the lady did come up and clean with towels and said she thought it was fixed. She did not clean the floor with any bleach or cleaner. The pool and hot tub look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time.

Stayed 1 night for business pool and jacuzzi was closed. But was not planning on using them. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great and opened at 5:30 am

Older facility but it was very clean and kept up. Convenient location just off I20 and goid parking

Always a pleasant stay. Hotel will need some upgrades soon, but overall pretty nice.

Elevator button wasn't working but the staff was able to operate it from the control panel. They were happy to help you.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The leather chair in the corner was very cracked/worn, and the sink had a slow drain, but the cleanliness and comfort were the most important things to us. The pool was also closed, but we did not intend to use it anyway. The breakfast was very nice, with lots of options and friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoy this hotel it’s a very nice place for the rates and very friendly staff
