Liezelle and Ayden were very professional, my children found snacks and sweets everyday after the cleaning was done. We thought that was really a good surprise. The Chef and Nomsa served different fresh breakfast everyday they even noticed what i like and made sure it was always available. I don't really eat breakfast but i found myself eating everyday, i could not taste any oil just pure flavor! Fresh different fruit everyday. Cleaning ladies did an excellent job, one time they cleaned our room twice because we went to the beach came back to a clean room, went out to eat. Surprise, room was clean again. Good pool. Quiet, safe. I never had to worry about anything. 9 nights is a long time to never experience any problem. My husband went to get his meds from the car at 2am as soon as he gets to the parking lot the security jumped out of nowhere. Very safe.

On check in, I was allocated a wrong room which had a carpet and musty. The lady reallocated me to the correct room which had a broken mirror. Showers not working, broken wooden floor, not opening windows.

This must have been my worse stay ever. Cannot rate the service as there was none. Have 3 coffee machines, but no one knows how to operate them. Stale muffins every morning. Food swimming in oil. Bath water not running out as plug is faulty. Will never be back.

I hope they will have a generator as back, especially for business trip so that we can be able to complete our jobs even at night. May the Lord provide for them. I know we are living in a tough times because of loadsheddig

My stay at your hotel was excellent, the staff was so friendly and helpful, I would love to come again when there's something I need to attend in East London. I wish my business trip took longer so that I can be able to see more of the things you can offer.

That place was very good except for the television that was not working in my room. By the way, Park Place service is very good including bedding, bathrooms and neatness of the rooms. I would enjoy to be there again in the short run

My experience with Park Place was amazing. As a regular traveler, I normally stay in hotels including some of the best. When I walked into my room at Park Place I felt like a President. Neat rooms, spacious, elegant rustic furniture. Clean bathrooms, a quiet environment to work and plan. I loved it. Great meals as well added to the experience. The warm friendly staff is the cherry on top.
