Nice place, convenient to get to considering its location. Friendly staff and good service. Would stay here again. ( If you are from the UK make sure you bring a plug adapter unlike me🤣)

Precisei alugar um quarto pois meu voo de volta para casa foi cancelado. Quando chegamos no quarto reparamos que o chão estava sujo, com cabelo espalhado no banheiro e quarto. Um aspirador faria toda a diferença. Café da manhã dentro do esperado para a categoria do hotel.

Nos trataron muy bien, extendimos nuestra estancia y fueron muy considerado al cambiar de cuarto. Esperamos volver pronto ☺️

The place is reasonably clean. The WiFi is bad - cuts in and out, a problem the guy at the front desk was aware of, and the TV was cumbersome at best, also cuts in and out and there is no Guide. The bed was hard and a little lumpy.

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and helpful. He helped me figure out the ride to the airport. He even offered to get me there if the ride services couldn’t accommodate.

The whole room reaked of smoke but the bathroom was the worst. A kiosk for check in. The id reader didnt work and the room receipt dispenser was jammed. However the person working the breakfast room worked very hard to keep up with guests.

Cheap place to stay. Rooms are ok but not fantastic. Breakfast buffet is low effort, not worth having, we just went to starbucks at City Market down the road. Indoor pool and spa is nice but it wasnt fully operational. Would stay again but its definitely not deluxe accommodations.

Looking to get refund. Had to leave immediately. The hotel conditions are extremely gross and unclean.

The checkin was swift, the room was acceptable and included a microwave and fridge, a TV but with a minimum amount of channels. Breakfast was good, with cereals, selection of breads, a hot buffet with pancakes, scrambled egg and sausages. There was also a breakfast sandwich with scrambled egg patty and round sausage. Coffees and fruit juices. There was also a pool and a working hot tub The receptionists were amiable and efficient
