史崔特歷史酒店(The Strater Hotel)

Amazing spot! Right in the hub of all the life in Durango! Great parking. The hotel itself was part of the visits fun. We walked around one night looking for something to do, but around 8PM things tend to close down in Durango but it turns out the hotel had to fun we were looking for. We walked back to the hotel and heard lively ragtime piano music coming from the hotels connected saloon. We walked in, found a chair, and cheered along with the rest of the crowd enjoying the music and stories of Adam Swanson.

Super gelegenes Hotel, um die - für Touristen ein Muß - Bahnfahrt nach Silverton anzutreten. Das Hotel hat natürlich Charme, ist aber auch entsprechend teuer.

Such a beautiful hotel! You have to reserve a 1/2 hour in the basement jacuzzi! The entire place is amazing.

Stayed one night for anniversary. Nice cocktails in cool bar area with live music. Rooms were small but 100% fine and reflective of the era the hotel was built. Decor in room was cute and bed was comfy. Close to everything in historic Durango. Lots of fascinating artifacts from a bygone area displayed.

Used to actually live in Durango and this is always a first choice when going back to visit. If you choose to not venture far, it provides all the amenities needed, but is also centrally located downtown, so is an easy walk to anything you want to do or see on Main Street.

In the bathrooms there are no handles and the bathtub is slippery, a heater is needed in the bathroom since in cold weather it is a little freezing.

We loved the history of the hotel. The decor was elegant and reminded us of the past. I love the decoration in our room. We will definitely be back.

It would be nice to have been told upon check in about reserving the jacuzzi. It ultimately worked out and we were able to reserve 30 min late in the evening.
