Holiday Inn & Suites 杜蘭戈(Holiday Inn & Suites Durango Downtown)

Everything was good but I feel the cleaning staff could pay a little more attention to detail my slippers got kicked under the bed ruffles and when I pulled them out I found an old piece of half eaten pizza and a plastic fork ewwww and the carpet could use a good cleaning as well as the bathroom. The front desk attendants and bar/kitchen staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. I enjoyed the balcony room as well.

Room was clean and comfortable.Front desk understaffed.I have stayed at many hotels and they all offered complimentary breakfast, but I was told I had to pay $10.00 for a buffet. I also noticed at checkout I was charged $10.00 for parking. This is absurd and I was not notified when I booked or checked in. I will not stay here again. Too bad it is a nice hotel.

Our room was not ready at check-in (3PM). The personnel at the desk were unable to tell us how long it would be. They just said it should be ready soon. We ended up waiting in the the lobby with several other customers for an hour and the room was still not ready. The lady at the desk had a very dismissive attitude about it which did not help. We ended up leaving and returning around 5:30. Our room was finally ready at that time.

The staff was VERY GOOD. When I got to my room, the bathroom smelled like laundry that's been left in the washer for three days (I suspect the cleanliness of the shower curtain), there was a dirty bath towel hanging in the closet, and on my second day, at 6:30 a.m. there was no hot water. I expected better for a Holiday Inn and will choose another option next time.

There was no remote in the room for the tv. I went to the front desk and asked for one, which they gave me, but said good luck getting that to work. I called later and they said there’s nothing they can do.

The service at this hotel was awful. The front desk staff acted inconvieneced anytime you approached the desk. While the room was clean, the general areas of the hotel were dirty - crumpled papers and debris in stairwells, and tile floors dirty. The keys worked to open the rooms maybe 40% of the time. We had to get our room key rekeyed four times during our 3 night stay. The showers NEVER got hot. Good place to stay if you only like cold showers and cold shoulders from the staff. We will not be staying here again.

Me and my family recently stayed at the Holiday Inn for 2 nights. We arrived 45 minutes early to Durango but were told they weren’t running early so they didn’t let us check in early. When we finally were able to check in at 3:00 we went to our room and saw that the carpet by the bed had some HUGE burn marks and looked pretty worn. We let that go as we were not trying to make a big deal out of it. The second night we were there we were all in the room relaxing as a man just came in our room asking if our “TV was working”? He didn’t knock or declare who he was. I went down to the lobby to go ask if they had a maintenance man checking TV’s and they confirmed he was legit. I told them that was unprofessional and unacceptable for a man to just walk into a room without knocking not announcing himself. I have a 14 year old daughter that could have been in there by herself. The whole experience with Holiday Inn was not very pleasant.

Beds were very uncomfortable, breakfast and parking should be a free. Disappointing , since we have stayed at holiday inn express before and was very accommodating

Best hotel in Durango! Staff is super helpful, rooms are clean and spacious. When friends/family come to Durango, this is where they stay. Burger Theory and CJ complete the package!
