杜馬蓋地3星級酒店

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... 酒店就在濱海大道對麪，周邊也有很多吃的，很方便！但是，我們入住的時候正好樓上在裝修，白天一直有衝擊轉的雜聲，因為就入住一天所以，所以也就將就了一下。順便說一下，房間的隔音並不是很好

This hotel exceed my expectation....above standard wow All staff will greet you with happy and heartily mabuhay!!!! Frontdesk super friendly and accommodating with all the details provided Room cleaners are very good and friendly Security are very helpfull all the times with smile and greetings... Super happy with the stay.....

類似國內快捷酒店，比漢庭稍微好一些，在杜馬算是很現代的，因為2018年裝修開業的，設施很新，熱水強勁，屋子裡沒有螞蟻文字壁虎，這點在杜馬很難得。不是度假型酒店，但是真心給100分，走的時候留了酒店的名片打算下次有機會的話自己郵件預定

臨街的房子，吵死了！晚上、早上摩托車聲，狗叫聲，雞叫聲！一定都不隔音！門鎖不好用！趕上過年。旁邊的spa也做不了！

我們在這裏住了一個多星期。酒店簡單但很乾淨。房間大小充足。WiFi很強大。工作人員非常樂於助人,也很隨和。它的位置也很棒,因爲它靠近餐廳和雜貨店。對於商務旅行者或在訪問杜馬蓋特時尋找一個不錯的安全住宿地的人來說,這是非常棒的。公共交通非常方便,如果您有自己的車,也可以有足夠的停車場。

我對這家酒店非常非常滿意。請注意,我習慣了世界各地的五星級豪華酒店。雖然這家精品酒店不是那種意義上的五星級,但讓我說....任何可能的小缺點都很容易被超越,因爲工作人員的善良和熱情的專業精神。他們是超級啞巴。從街上,你實際上可能會懷疑它是否好。但是一旦你接近辛勤工作和友好的工作人員,以及可愛的內部,你會很高興你支持這個美妙的小生意。基本上,有三層樓和第四餐廳。我個人只會選擇2樓或3樓,所以你可以享受自己的私人洗手間,或這裏所謂的舒適房。這只是我的觀點。讓我們說馬上.......乾淨,乾淨,乾淨。一切都很乾淨!我喜歡它。我認爲,這是他們經過兩年愚蠢的新冠限制後重新開業的盛大時間。我認爲這實際上是一個家族企業,這總是比大公司更好地支持。

還算可以的，正在市區位置，去時店員們正在集中學聖經，也算是一景了，問了船去薄荷什麼的都解答很熱情，還特地給我打電話確認。房間我們都看了別人點評要定三人房，真的空間很大。

We have stayed at COCOGRANDE for 10 years but this August trip will be our last. This hotel has suffered NEGLECT by the owners and they have done nothing in the ways of repairs.. In just our last 10 visits we have been forced to move from our check-in room to another lower level room. Why? Flooded bathrooms. aircon did not work or was to much noise to sleep, wi-fi never good and always get excuses, toilet seats not attached to the toilet, safe needed batteries, no blanket - just a very worn thin sheet, shower floor very slippery but no more shower mats, COLD WATER, no longer offer hand towels or bathroom amenities. The real problem is the front desk staff knows about all of these complaints but STILL sends you into these defective unkempt rooms! Out of loyalty we have kept coming back almost every month but the hotel is no longer comfortable at all. Very sad, we used to really enjoy staying here.. Brian P.S. They just raised the room rates in August... Mangement Staff are not deep thinkers!

設備差,維護不好。我們到達時廚房連一個開罐器都沒有,沒有滾筒,只有3個碗,沒有茶匙。烹飪設備兩個露營風格的鍋和一個鬆動把手的煎鍋!地板髒,浴室髒。薄薄的牀單覆蓋着污漬和破損的牀墊,沒有牀墊保護器的跡象。游泳池綠化了3天,員工友好,但顯然不瞭解可接受的標準,缺乏監督和指導。
