I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... 臨街的房子，吵死了！晚上、早上摩托車聲，狗叫聲，雞叫聲！一定都不隔音！門鎖不好用！趕上過年。旁邊的spa也做不了！

我對這家酒店非常非常滿意。請注意,我習慣了世界各地的五星級豪華酒店。雖然這家精品酒店不是那種意義上的五星級,但讓我說....任何可能的小缺點都很容易被超越,因爲工作人員的善良和熱情的專業精神。他們是超級啞巴。從街上,你實際上可能會懷疑它是否好。但是一旦你接近辛勤工作和友好的工作人員,以及可愛的內部,你會很高興你支持這個美妙的小生意。基本上,有三層樓和第四餐廳。我個人只會選擇2樓或3樓,所以你可以享受自己的私人洗手間,或這裏所謂的舒適房。這只是我的觀點。讓我們說馬上.......乾淨,乾淨,乾淨。一切都很乾淨!我喜歡它。我認爲,這是他們經過兩年愚蠢的新冠限制後重新開業的盛大時間。我認爲這實際上是一個家族企業,這總是比大公司更好地支持。

We have stayed at COCOGRANDE for 10 years but this August trip will be our last. This hotel has suffered NEGLECT by the owners and they have done nothing in the ways of repairs.. In just our last 10 visits we have been forced to move from our check-in room to another lower level room. Why? Flooded bathrooms. aircon did not work or was to much noise to sleep, wi-fi never good and always get excuses, toilet seats not attached to the toilet, safe needed batteries, no blanket - just a very worn thin sheet, shower floor very slippery but no more shower mats, COLD WATER, no longer offer hand towels or bathroom amenities. The real problem is the front desk staff knows about all of these complaints but STILL sends you into these defective unkempt rooms! Out of loyalty we have kept coming back almost every month but the hotel is no longer comfortable at all. Very sad, we used to really enjoy staying here.. Brian P.S. They just raised the room rates in August... Mangement Staff are not deep thinkers!

設備差,維護不好。我們到達時廚房連一個開罐器都沒有,沒有滾筒,只有3個碗,沒有茶匙。烹飪設備兩個露營風格的鍋和一個鬆動把手的煎鍋!地板髒,浴室髒。薄薄的牀單覆蓋着污漬和破損的牀墊,沒有牀墊保護器的跡象。游泳池綠化了3天,員工友好,但顯然不瞭解可接受的標準,缺乏監督和指導。

We stayed only overnight at this unique beautiful botique hotel as we have to fly the following day to Manila . We were immediately greeted by a very special and charming lady by the name of February, very sweet and charming ! Welcome drink was really timely after 1 hour ride from Zambuanquita where we had our hotel for the Apo island diving the night before. What makes this hotel special is how friendly and accommodating the staff were, not to mention the Philippine hut style “igloo” & beautiful interior design.The role model for how to “treat” a guest is the GM & Operations Manager, Marlon Navarro. I am a Filipino expat who had lived over 40 years in Europe and just on a diving & golf safari with my buddy but I have never seen an “over the top” hospitality from a hotel manager. Marlon answered all our enquiries including where to have a nice dinner, bar to hang out, sightseeing and spa. For spa, don’t miss the hotel spa especially with Jess - one of my best massages in the Philippines. Also, as Marlon noticed that I have an Austrian guest who is a little bit inquisitive about the area, brought us even by himself to the Boulevard as my friend is quite tall for a “tuktuk” (our local Tricicle). I wish UNWND all the success in the world and without a doubt, with Marlon under it’s helm, it will be the top hotel in Dumaguete in due time. Thank you so much for this “unusual “ experience! 非常漂亮的游泳池,但是我們走的時候有。酒店很迷人,但音,因爲窗戶外面都不孤立(大型卡車過來的足夠的路)。早餐不提供糖的選擇。不遠於港口和機場,不遠於城市 (10分鐘的Tuk-Tuk),實用品享受Dumaguete和周圍(山、道、熱源)。附近有好餐館,沿海走走。

房間很小,但整潔乾淨。正如您從照片中看到的那樣,它們非常豐富多彩。有一個屋頂游泳池,可能是有史以來最小的酒店游泳池,但相當深。適合冷卻和城市的景色。如果客人充足,早餐可能是頂樓的自助餐,挺不錯的。否則只能在前台旁邊的咖啡廳點餐一杯飲料。與菲律賓經常發生的情況一樣,在這種情況下,選擇非常有限。當這兩個截然不同的情況時,很難評價酒店的價值。您可以在自助早餐中喝4或5杯以上的果汁,如果這不起作用,則只能喝1杯。我會慷慨的,並且評價很好,但前提是他們供應體面的早餐。如果你被咖啡館的早餐卡住了,我會把它降級爲平均水平。

如何保存一個不快的回憶一個漂亮的小酒店?很新近,乾淨,安排好(沒有電) 漂亮的房間和裝飾好...員工應用雖然有點不受過經驗 但是呢?怎麼了?每天的每晚早餐都要一張表格(有點 )...(有兩種配方) 然後,馬上早上就出問題:果還是咖啡?們都吃了!這不可能...等..所以其中一個是按...(最貴的當然)無法獲得“真正的”硬蛋...是“”一點...軟!在酒吧,只能得到“mojito”...模,但是無論如何,他們沒有子...而且最重要的是,在Check-out時,附加名單就在這裏......果,當然,還有房間裏(免費和其他地方更新)的水,甚至“”房間裏的咖啡也...le 在懷疑的環境中。.損壞...

작은 수영장이 아기자기한 아담하고 재밌는 숙소에요 트별히 젊은이들은 너무 즐기기 조아요 요일마다 다른 파티가 열리고 투숙객들과 직원들이 함께 즐겁게 보내는 것이 아주 인상적이엇어요 워치는 시내에서 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그래서 좀 더 조용하지요 밤12시까지는 파티로 일찍자는사람들을 위해 귀마개를 주드라고요~~ 숙소가 청결해서 좋앟어요
