Residence Inn Duluth

We came with 3 kiddos for a Duluth weekend. The two bedroom suite was clean and quiet and perfect for the 5 of us. Also affordable. Pool was clean, and we even thought the breakfast coffee was pretty good! One downside was we had an issue with a fuse on the second night but there wasn’t really any help with solving that other than moving rooms. We decided to stay and it was fine. Again a comfy and clean stay. Would definitely come back.

This was a very nice hotel. The location was close to everything you might need. The routes back down to the waterfront were easy to access. The large modern rooms were fantastic for a longer stay.

Great location in Duluth. Clean and quiet. Very easy parking with a truck and trailer.

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms have everything you could possibly need & love the option of having a separate bedroom. Pool area was great, lobby is clean & welcoming, breakfast is well stocked. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Close proximity to most things & the area felt very safe. Arrived in Duluth early & they allowed us to check in a couple hours early. Love that check out time isn’t until 12- doesn’t feel rushed to leave in the morning.

Great rooms with kitchens! Nice hot tub too. Pet friendly and location is ideal.

We got into town early and asked about an early check in. Was greeted with a big smile and let me check if one is available, and there was. Everyone always had a smile and kind word for us. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Duluth

Great rooms with an unexpectedly awesome breakfast. I usually don’t eat hotel breakfast because it’s usually the same old thing…a little blah and I’m usually not in the mood for a waffle. Wasn’t planning to eat, just spend time with my family. But…there was fresh cut pineapple, whole wheat muffins with egg and turkey sausage, oat milk, and lots more. Loved it!

The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind. The pool, place, and room has been very injoyable, highly recommend if you need a clean peaceful place to stay!! Thank you!

A 5 star rating would be for excellent and difficult to achieve. We gave a 4 star rating. Overall our stay was very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.
