Good stay

Great place to stay the people are very nice. The only thing was that I booked the room four people and accessible. The room was not and was only set up for two people. It was my daughter's birthday so I didn't say anything, but it was disappointing.

The lobby is beautiful, the staff is amazing, the breakfast is phenomenal, not to mention how perfect the room was for my family of 3.

Love the easy access with this hotel. Very nice neighborhood and not far from the main attractions of Columbus

The great hospitality at check in by Sea Jai at the front desk. The dining staff and food preparers were excellent. all around a great two day stay.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The location near Old Dublin was also a big plus. I downgraded my review to three stars based upon the breakfast. It was a big disappointment compared to my last stay two years ago. Two years ago the breakfast really stood out as a big plus. Since then the breakfast has declined in quality. The bagels and pastries were third rate, the oatmeal was watery, the coffee was bitter and the breakfast potatoes were dry and tasteless. This was a very noticeable change from the delicious and appetizing breakfast served two years ago.

It was the quickest check in ever the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Customer service is key and your staff are wonderful.

It starts with the staff and doesn't end there - just a great experience worth the money. The rooms were clean and fresh. The breakfast was outstanding. And the pool was fun! But again, the staff was beyond professional and was incredibly helpful and pleasant! I've stayed at a few hotels in this area and this is now my number one pick.
