Room was comfortable and clean. Problem was at check in.. stood there for several minutes while the desk clerk watched the Celtics/Miami game in the lobby. He definitely saw me come in as he was sitting in the lobby. Didn’t get any warm fuzzies from him when he finally got up from the game. Breakfast was bad.. coffee was horrible , I got the last cold stale biscuit and it was only 6:30 am , b fast started at 6. Took almost 25 minutes to get new batch out. Check out wasn’t much better than check in.. At least they were professionally dressed. Had wrong email address somehow and haven’t received my email receipt yet so they must have made a typo when putting the correct one in.

Fitness center closed

We were totally disappointed with the service at this Hampton Inn. We traditionally try to stay at Hampton Inns because of the cleanliness, service, etc. We were not asked whether or not we wanted housekeeping when we checked in so later that day I went and said we didn't really need a total room clean every day, but would like a "refresh" on day 3 of our stay, and for them to bring us clean towels each day. I had to get the clean towels each day bc they were not brought to us, the room was not touched on day 3, and our trash was overflowing. It wasn't until I got stern (unfortunately) with the front desk that at least our trash was taken out. It was just disappointing from this aspect.

Receptionist was nice, very friendly. Lived near where we are from so chatted about home to him for a bit. Room was quiet and clean. Price was decent for a one night stay however, our air conditioner was loud. It sounded like it was about to quit so it made it very hard to sleep at night. Bed was a little on the stiff side. Had a variety of cable channels on the tv, close to shopping area and highway.

It was clean and the breakfast had a large variety of food, considering it was continental. There was something wrong with the bed... Don't know if it was actually broken but it seemed like the frame was broken underneath because the bed was dipping slightly in the middle...

The breakfast was way below Hampton Inn standards,, when we went down for breakfast at 7am , there was very little food available as whoever brings in the food didn't arrive ? disappointing.＞

The hotel is in a great location. We visited for the weekend to go to the Columbus zoo and water park. The best were so hard like laying on concrete and the pillows were even worse.

Clean and quiet property with friendly staff and great breakfast. Would stay again if I’m in the area.
