Booked this hotel specifically because I needed an EV charger and they advertise having available Tesla Destination Chargers on-site. Once I booked the room, I got 3 different emails. The email said is that they have the chargers. It also says that they do not allow parking reservations. Looking back, I think that I should have followed up with a phone call since their email also says it hasn't been updated since 5 Jan 2022 (booking was for the week of 19 Jul 2023). When I arrived to the hotel, I was told that all the charger spots were taken and they asked why I didn't call ahead to reserve a spot. Clearly, their automated emails are completely incorrect and mislead customers on what they should expect. First impressions are important and they made a horrible one. As for the rest of the stay, the rooms were nice and clean, the bed was great in my opinion, and everything was silent. If my experience hadn't been ruined upfront, this could easily be a 5-star review.

I was in Dresden for three days on a tourist trip and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel is brand new and very comfortable. I had a large room with all the comfort including tea and coffee making facilities. My friend was staying in another room and was equally happy. The breakfast was amazing, and all the staff was competent and friendly. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially as it stands only minutes walk from all the museums and attractions of Dresden.

Very modern, clean, convenient hotel. Breakfast was a little disappointing with almost no fresh fruit and coffee service from a machine. Front desk staff was friendly and excellent-I called for laundry service they got it back to me in a few of hours.

Wir fühlten uns in diesem Hotel am wohlsten von allen, die sich in der Umgebung befinden. Einfach top wie zu Hause.

Great location, large room, however not enough light. Very basic gym with limited hours of operation. Very kind free coffee machine in the lobby, but when it is not working - and the one close by in the bar works - they did not hesitate to charge full price.

Good location and spacious room and excellent breakfast. The WiFi was really bad. One elevator was broken for my whole stay (4 nights).

Very well located near key historical and other attractions, friendly and efficient hotel staff, very clean and new. Would strongly recommend if visiting Dresden.
