Tôi rất hài lòng, về dịch vụ của khách sạn, lễ tân chuyên nghiệp, đội ngũ viên thân thiện, đồ uống wellcome rất ngon, buffe ngon và đa dạng, các dịch vụ của khách sạn thật sự tuyệt vời, phòng gọn gàng, sạch sẽ, rất đẹp và thoải mái, khuôn viên rộng và đẹp, đây là một trải nghiệm tốt, tôi sẽ chọn khách sạn Mường Thanh Grand Điện Biên Phủ là địa điểm nghỉ ngơi thư giãn thường xuyên của gia đình tôi mỗi khi đến Điện Biên, cảm ơn Mường Thanh Grand Điện Biên Phủ và đội ngũ nhân viên rất nhiều, hẹn gặp lại ♥️

Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, ăn sáng tốt. Sảnh trang trí ngày Tết mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng. Ấn tượng với nhân viên Lễ tân chu đáo, nhiệt tình hướng dẫn các thông tin về các địa điểm. Nhân viên buồng cũng thân thiện, dịch vụ giặt là nhanh và kịp thời

As members of the 22-strong Anglo-Thai Society Regional Tour Group, my wife and myself are nearing the end of a 2 night stay at the Muong Thanh Grand Hotel in Dien Bien Phu which - as far as I can tell - is probably the best Hotel in town? Having just stayed at the sister property in Lai Chau (see separate Review), we had a good idea of what to expect and weren’t disappointed with the room (#401) although the view (looking directly at the roof of an adjoining buildings) wasn’t exactly the greatest! I did, however, request an additional pillow on arrival and this was delivered to the room before we even got there ourselves! On the F & B front, the Group had two excellent dinners at the Hotel but the Breakfast selection was rather disappointing (ie no cereals, limited fruit selection etc). That said, the service was very good provided they knew what you wanted. All in all, a good stay - one I should certainly be happy to repeat should the opportunity ever present itself again.

We spent a night in this typical modern Vietnamese hotel in down town Dien Phu. The service was good and we had large comfortable bed in a good sized clean double room with all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately our experience was somewhat marred by a nearby disco noise at night and the water in the shower got cold quickly. The hotel itself was quiet and the restaurant even quieter but we did have a good evening meal and breakfast with plenty of choice of both European and Asian food. A good place to stay if you are in Dien Phu.

Kamer is prima er is ook een restaurant. Ik denk voor dit stadje een goed hotel. De spa was wat anders ik trof een masseuse die de trein wilde halen . Geen goede ervaring daar met deze masseuse Zwembad heeft de ligging op parkeerterrein geen ligstoelen. Ook niet fijn om er te liggen er rijden bussen langs je . Niet echt een vakantie zwembad. Bij dit hotel hebben ze ook geen terras waar je kan zitten. Airco werkte niet.

Nice buffet breakfast included. If you want to have dinner you need to make a reservation and order from the menu in advance. I ordered the carbonara and didn’t realize I had to specify the type of pasta. I was served just the sauce (strange they would think this is what I wanted for dinner). Definitely some language barriers. Room was great, we got a corner room with an abundance of windows. It was a nice surprise.

I had stayed at other Muong Thanh locations in Việt Nam and was happy with my choices. However, the Dien Bien Grand location did not meet my expectations despite the fact that it was on the higher end in town. My room smells musty as if it had not been occupied for a long time. The musty odor only evaporated after a few hours with the AC on. The pool appeared unused and the pool water did not look inviting. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:00 until 9:00. My wife and I came to breakfast around 6:45 on both days yet most of the food were already taken by large tour groups (the hotel was fully sold out during our stay.) We thought that surely food will be replenished since breakfast was still being served for another couple of hours. We were wrong. Of course, there was still food but it consisted of items that no one wanted. I do not blame this on the staff. It must be the management and hotel policy. I have had better breakfast at less expensive hotels in Việt Nam.
