基哈海灘住宿(Kiha Beach)

Kiha Beach was undoubtedly one of the most incredible places I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. I cherished every single moment there. The staff was phenomenal, always on hand to assist with anything we needed, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the food: a daily feast of delectable dishes, prepared and served by an exceptional team of chefs and waitstaff. I'm thrilled we decided on Kiha Beach for our stay. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning soon, especially for the Manta Rays season!

Family staying with 2 children - 3 and 6 years old. Location, hotel, restaurant, food, pool, beach...everything was clean and gorgeous! Also all staff was really nice and helpful. They did our staying really comfortable and every day with smile :) Room cleaning every day. Thank you guys! I can really recommend this amazing place!

C’était juste incroyable ! Tous été parfait ! Les chambres magnifiques, l’emplacement magnifique, nous avons été reçu comme des rois , du directeur de l’établissement bien évidemment, aux personnels de l’accueil , de la communication avec eux , elle été au top avec nous et vraiment à notre disposition , le personnel pour le dîner est aussi au top , je le dois laisser un mot pour Sham je vous laisserai également le découvrir il est extra 😉 Les excursions sont juste sublime vraiment aller à Sand Band est à ne pas rater c’est un lieu qui sera gravé dans nos cœurs à jamais car l’établissement à réaliser une après midi incroyable pour notre demande en mariage et a également réaliser un dîner le soir au bord de l’eau juste incroyable. Il est indescriptible et trop difficile de vous faire réaliser à travers des mots des moments qui mérite d’être vécu …un conseil …allez y …c’est un paradis authentique . It was just incredible! Everything was perfect! The magnificent rooms, the magnificent location, we were received like kings, from the director of the establishment of course, to the reception staff, from the communication with them, she was on top with us and really at our disposal , the staff for dinner is also great, I have to leave a note for Sham I will also let you discover it, he is great 😉 The excursions are just sublime, really going to Sand Band is not to be missed, it is a place that will be engraved in our hearts forever because the establishment created an incredible afternoon for our marriage proposal and also organized a dinner on evening by the water just incredible. It is indescribable and too difficult to make you realize through words moments that deserve to be experienced... advice... go for it... it's an authentic paradise.

Могу поставить твердую четверку этому отелю. С Мале на самолете 25-30 минут. Отличное расположение, на пляже в основном гости этого отеля, лежаков всегда хватало. Подходит для любителей сноркелинга, ооочень много разных красивых рыбок. С собой коралки обязательно! Без специальной обуви от берега пройти можно от силы 5-10 шагов. Зонты не требуются, тени от деревьев и пальм всем хватит. Лежаки немного убитые, но к ним полагается матрац, так что терпимо. При бронировании просила номер с раздельными кроватями (отдыхали с ребенком 11 лет), но по приезду такого не оказалось, дали с одной кроватью. Номер просторный и красивый. В телевизоре ни одного российского канала. Утюг и гладильная доска в наличии. Мыло и шампунь тоже есть. Каждый день уборка, что очень порадовало и 1,5 литра воды бесплатно. Номер был на втором этаже. В 6:30 утра в ресторане на первом этаже начинали накрывать завтрак. Просыпались от грохота вилок и тарелок. Поэтому выспаться тем у кого чуткий сон не получится скорее всего. У нас были завтраки и ужины. Ассортимент не велик, но голодными точно не остаться. Поинтересовалась о стоимости обеда-25$ с носа. В 5 ти минутах ходьбы есть две кафешки, кушали там в обед за 20-30$ на двоих. Совсем маленьким деткам, которым дома обычно готовят отдельно в отеле кушать будет нечего. Из развлечений в отеле есть бильярд, шашки и какие то еще настольные игры. Персонал огонь 🔥. Молодцы, улыбчивые и очень рады, что вы к ним приехали. Берите с собой доллары нового образца. 2006 год не в ходу, указано даже в правилах отеля. Также рекомендую съездить на сноркелинг от отеля. Видели скатов и огромных черепах. В экскурсию входит высадка на песчаную косу- вид просто фантастический!

La guest house non ha nulla da invidiare ad un bell’hotel. Fronte spiaggia, camere comode e pulite, il rumore del mare.. si mangia bene e ogni sera ci hanno fatto trovare qualcosa di diverso. Abbiamo chiesto un po’ di bbq e loro hanno pure organizzato la serata in spiaggia per tutti gli ospiti con tanto di bbq e concerto di musica e danze locali. Personale gentile e sorridente, sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Non ci è mancato veramente nulla!

We would like to express our thanks to the entire crew of KIHA BEACH hotel. Everything was excellent. Great beach, great snorkeling, great trips, great food and most importantly very friendly staff. Many thanks!!! We hope to come back one day

After reading plenty of 5 star reviews on Tripadvisor and Google, we booked at Kiha Beach with half-board accommodation. The whole structure is very clean, the room was very nice, the bed really comfortable, the staff very friendly. Still considering that we are not on a resort Island, we rate the structure itself, the rooms and the cleanliness with 4 Stars. In contrast, in our opinion the food deserves max. of 2 stars. While the small breakfast buffet was “ok”, the dinner menu was quite boring. Actually, we were expecting to enjoy every evening a small buffet as we read on all reviews, But in fact, out of the 7 days we spent at Kiha Beach, the buffet was offered only one evening. As for the other days, latest 1 or 2 hours before dinner we were asked to choose dishes out of a menu with one starter, select among two main dishes and 2 desserts. The reason why was probably the low occupancy. Additionally, the staff wanted us to set a fix time for dinner. The food quality was ok, the selection of dishes, however, we found really boring… Ceasar’s salad (all Europeans will probably find the grated parmesan cheese served with it to be terrible) or a soup as a starter. Chicken, beef or tuna fish as main course (the sauces where always quite similar) with a selection of vegetables as side dish that was the same, evening after evening: roasted carrots, potatoes. Ice cream or fruit or chocolate cake or mango custard pudding as a dessert. The mango custard pudding was delicious! For half board customers sprite and cola are included (no need to mention water 😉).  All in all, we rate the price-performance ratio at Kiha Beach not really good.  We were really impressed about the fairness: for health reasons we asked if they would refund us some money if we leave earlier. The management told us, they would refund all the nights we didn’t spend there. It took 3 weeks and several inquiries “where is the money” before we got the reimbursement, but finally the promised amount was credited on our credit card account.  From of the overall friendly staff, we will keep Salim in our heart. A really cool guy, with a fantastic hospitality and helpfulness.  A final comment that has nothing to do with Kiha Beach particularly, but rather with Dharavandhoo itself. We found the island being full of mosquitos (also Asian tiger mosquitos), flies and sandflies. Impossible to enjoy breakfast as buffet and tables were full of flies. Impossible to stay outside or relax on the beach during daylight without repellent, because of the mosquitos and sandflies. For what we could experience, Dharavandhoo does not really have a real/effective mosquito prevention strategy. Especially the area closer to the small forest on the west side is rich of such nasty insects. Therefore, our dream of spending few days with snorkeling and relaxing on the beach vanished short after arrival. During our stay we also learned about 2 persons that contracted a dengue infection during the previous months. O

Large enough to feel like a resort, small enough that they all know your name and treat you like family. We booked our holiday the day before and the team (especially Resanne and Ronniefe) were so helpful in helping us from the minute we touched down in Male. We wouldn’t have been able to organise everything without their help. Loved every second and being on the doorstep of hanifaru bay is just the icing on the cake !

We never go back but khia beach brought us back. Why? The owner Mr N, Ali, the Manager and all the staff cannot do enough to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms overlook Hanifaru Bay which is teaming with Manta Rays & visited by whale sharks- both of which we swam with, with the hotel boat crew. We had dinner on the beach and we can honestly say it was the best we have ever had, everything from the food, a**osphere, staff and of course setting. We spent hour after hour snorkelling the house reef & when tired retired to the hammock to take a snooze. Highly recommend
