The room was in very good condition, entire ambiance of the hotel was mesmerizing including food and staff service. A very comfortable hospitality and quite fast responses we get from reception and FnB team that made me so satisfied for my stay at the hotel.

It was the second time when I visit to the hotel......I love the location and the place located....The hotel is well cleaned well maintained The behavior of the staffs are very good Food was amazing..... I specially wants to mention the name of miss Sonal from reception she is very polite and takes good care of the guest.

We had a small get together planned with family for Eid celebration and this place was ideal for the get-together . We had a wonderful and delicious feast and ambience was also nice. We enjoyed playing tambola and other games with family.All in all,a very nice experience. ***agement was really good and everything was up to the mark.

Food facility and room service are highly acceptable. Bed and pillow are fluffy.will have a good and great night sleep. And interior is wonderfull.loved the bathroom Will miss my stay.and want others to recommend for stay. At last wanna say Great stay !!! Loved it............................

I frequently came to dhanbad and I always prefer hotel Cocoon....This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. I never expect such type of wonderful food buffet breakfast.....I specially want to mention the name of Miss sonal from reception she extended my stay till 3:00. Thanks will come again

I stay here every time...... whenever I came to dhanbad and it's always a pleasant experience.....The staffs behaviour is courteous specially Miss Sonal. From reception....all the staffs are very nice....food A1 breakfast is very good.
