底特律市區希爾頓花園旅館(Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Downtown)

This hotel is a joke. Our vehicle was broken into using the service from the hotel. We were not notified until we went to get our truck. Then took over an hour to talk with a manager. The hotel did not even seem to care, and the valet company just basically said this is normal. Very sad for a supposed better hotel.

We were excited to get a room so close to Ford Field for the Beyonce concert. Our room cost was astronomical but it was worth it we thought. We get to the room there’s one issue after another. Food containers left and dripping everywhere blinds won’t go down so we are exposed to all the drivers on Gratiot and then we asked for additional towels and they bring us bath Mats. We continuously asked for help through the entire process and no one ever came to fix the blinds we asked for a sheet to hang on the window or a partition. The attendant says he doesn’t know what that is and then proceeds to give me a dirty sheet to put in the window. On top of that they only had one person working on one of there busiest nights and one elevator was down so you couldn’t take it up to the room. Also the restaurant was closed in the hotel so the only convenient thing was the location to the concert

The staff was great and very friendly. Rooms were spacious. However this may be the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Parking was $45 everyday. The sofa bed was nothing but springs. There was a very busy biker bar that was so loud all night. We could feel the bass in our room on the 5th floor. The music was so loud it was impossible to sleep. This went on until after 3am when the police showed up with a megaphone. I needed to be up at 6am for a race. Needless to say, I will never stay here again.

Great location for an event at Ford Field but the parking is a required $45 add on to the room, there is not free breakfast and the rooms are dated and not the cleanest. Our drain in the tub and sink drained soooooo slow. The price I paid to stay there for one night was very high as well.

It’s a basic hotel that over charge for everything 45 dollars a night for parking is crazy and my car wasn’t really protected it was parked in the open the front desk was making it sound like it was in a covered parking lot but it wasn’t. I would understand 45 dollars for your whole stay but per night is crazy. Charging for breakfast too I should’ve went to a different hotel. The rooms were basic nothing special I been in better motels then this

Great location. Really friendly staff. Area is a bit loud- if you are super sensitive bring headphones or earplugs- lots of cars racing down the street at 2 am, but hotel has no control over that. Walking distance from lots of good stuff. Secure parking lot with in/out pass. Overall would recommend!

Terrible experience, we had to move rooms several times, smell was awful, pop machine didn’t work, got locked in the bathroom.. you can’t close the door or you get Locked in!

It wasn't the best. They have really gone downhill from when we used to stay there. When I checked in the front desk was amazing! The bed wasn't comfortable and it's just getting outdated.
