When we want to the room it was not clean.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the included breakfast. Beds are horribly uncomfortable; unfortunately. The pillows are even worse. Difficult for us after 10 hours on the road. Probably wont stay again because our backs and necks cant handle it. But everything else was great. Clranliness is good, only complaint there is the air filters on the a/c units should be cleaned more regularly for those with allergies. And if we ask for a non-smoking room; you should know for a fact its non-smoking. It put our eldest with allergies into an allergic reaction.

Our room ia nice and large, the bathroom is nice. The problem is the space between where the carpet and the tiled floor is worn and there are staples sticking and if you stand on that it hurts.

Only 7:00 and breakfast options depleted. No sausage, no milk and decaffeinated coffee not even an option. No one working the station. Rooms worn and outdated but very clean. Staff at desk very friendly with check in. Plenty of hot water for showering. Bedding ok.

I liked the service.. I was out at my vehicle as I was on my way back to my room the door would not accept the key to unlock. After multiple times trying the person from the front came all the way where I was and opened for me.

always a great stay. Too bad they now charge for pets. Only drawback is getting luggage to distant room.

The room had a ugly nasty smell, the elevator was all damaged, ice machine didn’t work, the furniture in the room was broken or damaged
