黛通娜大海濱度假村(Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort)

Had a great time celebrating my wife bday. I called the morning of my check in. And told them I wont be there till late night and wanted to know can they decorate the room. She said normally it takes 48 hours, but she could at least get me balloons. When we got there it was fully decorated and my wife was so very plz. Staff was friendly, full of high spirits. Wish i can remember their names. But it was a great experience 9.6 out of 10. Thanks daytona grand👌

The lying front lady informed me they were waiving my parking because they essentially couldn't offer any of the ******* vip perks. Next week after I leave, I'm charged. So I call and they tell me there is nothing they can or will do, asked the name of who told me that, like I keep track of that crap. Terrible parking, takes 5 minutes just to cross the highway to your car and they charge for it, even when they promise they aren't. Won't be back to this terribly managed place.

The hotel was very nice. The only thing that I noticed that was lacking was the finish on the new additions. The contractors that painted the rooms and installed the flooring did a poor job. Paint drippings all over the new floors. Some areas were missing paint. They didnt do a good job of taping off the newly painted areas so the paint bled into other areas in some places. Other than that, 5 star all the way!!!

My friend and I just had the most marvelous weekend girl's getaway at this resort. The pool and spa area is absolutely beautiful. The infinity pool is not only beautiful but very long, perfect for lap swimming our extreme relaxation. I love how it goes from 3' to 7' and just hanging on the edge make you feel like you are sitting in the ocean. The spa was lovely and very large, whilst very popular there was always room. And the multiple luxury sitting areas around the space were wonderful. It is immaculately clean they were pressure washing and deep cleaning the pool area every morning. I loved having the coffee bar right in the lobby. It made it convenient to get coffee for a morning beach walk. Two employees MADE our trip. First VALERY in the restaurant was our server Saturday for lunch and Sunday morning (we requested her time 2!). On Saturday not only was she a lovely server she gave us tips about great areas to see and even told us about the craft/art fair that was happening on Beach Street that. And ANDRES went above and beyond and then some. Our last night there was chilly and we thought sitting on the dining terrace would be lovely. But the terrace was closed down. He saw we were disappointed and asked if we would like to to sit there. We were originally only going for a glass of wine but he brought us cushions, had the firepit turned on and we ended up staying for diner and had the most extraordinary night all thanks to his kindness and efforts.

I like everything about it easy for parking loading and unloading very friendly staff Sega at front desk was very friendly and helpful and I give her a 5 star rating she helped us in anyway possible to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay . We will definitely come back that was our 2 nd stay there !

Sega the front desk associate was very rude she kept calling my room urging me to come down and re new my room which was already paid for so I didn’t understand the the rush she was very rude and unprofessional she doesn’t need to interact with the customers definitely not the job for her ! Now rob the front desk associate was phenomenal!! We had a great conversation he made sure I had everything I needed before going up to my room he was great !!

No hotel signs on Atlantic so we drove right bye the Hotel and then had to turn around. Checking in with parking across the street was not fun. No luggage racks to bring our bags up unless we paid to have the hotel do it. When we opened the room an AC guy was there working on the AC. Said he fixed it but it went out later that night. Resort and parking fees very high in addition to the expensive nightly fee of $347 !!!!

This beach resort is absolutely fantastic. Everything from rom service, bar and restaurant, valet service, concierge, and great pool!!! Upscale and modern. Fantastic ocean view from the balcony. Front desk ANDI is a star. Wonderful service, great personality! Thank you everyone for making my experience the best!!! Daytona 💯

Now i feel bad, because the lady at the front desk cant remember her name, i think it was andi.. not sure, but she was super pleasant and made me feel so good visiting daytona again. Thank you lady at the front desk, she worked the friday shift on october 13 2023, i arrived a little early at 1pm and she helped me check in. thank you Daytona grande, this is my second time staying here and i think its gona always be my go to hotel for dayton beach!!!!
