道森克里克波默羅伊酒店(Pomeroy Inn and Suites Dawson Creek)

Jet tube didn’t work, bathroom sink faucet didn’t work, room was not cleaned well, hotel very run down condition. Not worth $240.00 a night.

We choose this hotel and paid the big price because our kids wanted to swim. Were very dissapointed that the pool was closed! So frustrating. Hotel is not worth the $200, very aged, elevators creaks. Would NOT pay the price again for this hotel unless I was positive the pool was open (for the kids enjoyment). Only up side was, breakfast was very good.

Enjoyed the room, space and jet tub was a bonus. Staff was awesome. Breakfast area was clean and well staffed with plenty of food and drink.

The stay was nice. Only thing that I didn’t like was the pillows and bed were hard. Wasn’t expecting it to be so stiff.

The Pomeroy had a customer appreciation dinner provided for all the guests. The staff is exceptional 👌

First off, the breakfast was slightly above the norm of a regular hotel breakfast so that is the one plus I would give this hotel. However, the rest of our stay was below expectations. The smell of wet dog mixed with tuna, mixed with who knows what upon entering turned my stomach. Carpets in hallways were warped and a major tripping hazard as well as stained and super dirty. No extra towels available upon request…3 to share with our family of five. They managed to scrounge us up some grubby pool towels. Walls in room had dirty splatters all over and the bed side table had a sticky something running down the side. Bed linens were stained the second we walked in the room. I don’t usually complain, but this was beyond staying quiet…oh and the pool wasn’t working, which is why we spent more to stay at that hotel, even though we phoned earlier in the week and it was working at that point. Needless to say it was a disappointing stay.

Felt they were short staffed and we’re doing the bare minimum

For the price i was paying. I thought i would get a luxurious plush bed. It was so hard and firm. In my 2 day stay, people tried to get into the room both nights. Staying 2 days, i thought i would get my room cleaned. They didnt. The hot tub was shut down. The receptionist’s attitude was meh. The only amazing thing about my stay was the breakfast options. I dont think I’ll be coming back here again.
