No me dieron la habitación, el hotel está lleno y ustedes me vendieron un hospedaje que es imposible y me estafaron con el seguro. Quiero mi reembolso por favor de la habitación y del seguro también.

The hotel was good. It’s not to the level of big city hotels but fits its surroundings well. Beds were comfy and it’s located in the middle of town, a 5-10 minute walk from everything.
Oh hotel staff was good. Every person I dealt with had a smile on their face and made you feel welcome.
I stayed at the Downtown a number of times and am always satisfied when I leave

The beds and amenities were great. The building is clearly being gradually renovated. Needs new carpets. I didn't like a room without an exterior window.

We were put into the annex, which is under renovations. We called to arrange for a shuttle airport pickup, but the shuttle never came. Room is overpriced for what you get.

Old fashion looking hotel close to front street but no insulation so can hear everything through the walls. Not the quietest hotel and is attached to a bar as well.
