Overpriced for the rooms available. Rooms desperately appear to need renewal. Carpets are worn and replacement squares poorly installed. Rusty appliances and door frames. Good range of quality soaps and lotions. Staffing shortages and full house meant waiting until roughly 6pm for our room but only one hour late check out... Tiny rooms with poor outlook unless you go out to the balcony in our room. I won't return, too many better options around Darwin.

Alles ok, Pool leider in Wartung, Nachbarhotel Pool auch in Wartung. Weiteres Hotel im Austausch Pool hatte angeblich keinen Pool, aber ein Tag drauf alles im grünen Bereich. Standort ist gut

The pool is under renovation, which we were informed of only upon checking in. Our first room had moldy carpet. Reception quickly changed our room after being informed. Our second room had a broken security chain and no soap in the shower. During our 5 night stay, there was no housekeeping service beyond the one towel refresh that we had to request. Whenever we requested or pointed things out, the staff was very quick to address and very pleasant.

Room is apparently cleaned once a week. They did provide ice for us. Swimming pool was closed to repair. Advertised with laundry service and didn’t have one. Hotel wasn’t fresh smelling like others we stayed in.

The lift was not working properly, had to wait for long sometimes, and had to use the emergency staircase as it was that long. The room was okay, the main bedroom light was not working at all, had to call and ask for them to change. My parents’s room smelled like mould, very humid in there Eventho there is air purifier or maybe it wasn’t working properly. On the last day, the pool was closed until afternoon (double checked with the reception) but we found out that it was open early, so that was a bit dissapointing. Overall, the stay was okay, not sure if we will come back, maybe for the last resort.

Overall, it was good but did not expect that they provide room services ( no cleaning or taking rubbish out) inspite of us staying 5 nights

Large one bedroom unit well equipped. Good view of harbour from our room. Only downside was the pool was being refurbished.
