大吉嶺斯特爾靈酒店(Sterling Darjeeling)

在我從 12 月 29 日到 1 月 1 日入住大吉嶺斯特林酒店期間，我必須對這家酒店的過度炒作表示失望。儘管號稱是四星級飯店，但服務卻未達預期。無線網路不穩定，工作人員表現出無憂無慮的態度，經常忽略客人的要求。有兩次，在我的擔憂得到解決之前，我必須反覆尋求幫助。第一起事件涉及報告 Wi-Fi 問題，花了三個小時才得到回應。工作人員指示我到接待處解決問題，但拒絕處理房間內的問題。此外，在預訂過程中，充足停車位的保證被證明是不準確的。抵達後，我們在接待處等了半個小時，而飯店內的店主則將他的車移走以騰出停車位。此外，儘管在辦理入住時被告知可以提前一天預訂前往虎丘的汽車，但後來又被告知沒有車可用，並且沒有採取任何措施來糾正這種情況。缺乏對客人體驗的關注以及無法解決問題削弱了酒店的吸引力。我建議考慮外部預訂選項，以避免冷漠的員工和令人失望的服務。儘管被貼上四星級酒店的標籤，大吉嶺斯特林酒店的整體體驗卻令人遺憾。

Hello Everyone Our stay was very comfortable n smooth. Sterling Darjeeling is a beautiful n must stay property in Queen of hills. Abdul Sharooque , Mr.Jiwan pradhan , Chef Chandan and all sterling team are very welcoming. View frm any corner of property is awesome n must experience place . Let it be rooms , common area , restaurant, lobby and amenities all are super well maintained n cool. Thanks Team Sterling

The hospitality of the hotel is outstanding , a big Thankyou to the Chef Sunil for being the perfect host and feeding us delicious food! He is a pure delight!! Definitely worth visiting !! Also , the view from hotel is breathtaking!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed 5 nights and 6 days in April 2024 with 10 family members, including kids and senior citizens. The stay was really good. Overall, The hotel was neat and clean, the staff were very friendly, and the food was good. The only con is that the bathroom drainage is not great, as the water takes a long time to seep. Overall, it is highly recommended. I also want to give a special mention to Mr. Vikram from the front desk team. He helped us get medicine for my daughter at very unfavorable hours and went out of his way to resolve a billing issue. I was truly impressed by his commitment and deeply appreciative of his timely intervention and help.

We had a great stay and pleasant experience at Sterling Darjeeling. Staff at restaurant especially Chef Sushil and the restaurant ***ager service was excellent. The road was very narrow to reach sterling, but the resort has a view point inside and it's location is much better than ***y hotels and resorts located on the road side.

We had booked a 2 bedroom villa for 3 nights in sterling Darjeeling. We had a thrilling experience there. Apart from the cleanliness food amenities which were stellar, I would like to mention how helpful the staff at sterling Darjeeling were. Mr. Pemba the front office ***ager arranged our full travel itinerary and booked the vehicle for us. I used to call him very often to know about the travel details to which he always politely replied and solved all queries. I am really grateful for your service Mr. Pemba. Mr.Pemba ensured we had a pleasant stay. We had forgotten a I Phone in the premises which staff Renuka found it and deposited at the front office. We are obliged to Renuka. Moreover next day our kids left behind an I pad and we had already moved out to Gangtok. Thanks to Mr. Pemba Sherpa and Bijeta maam we received our iPad. The restaurant offered a wife variety of delicious food 😁 The whole property is beautiful and always clean The staff here is friendly and helpful. We had a memorable stay at sterling Darjeeling.
