Springhill is a refurbished hotel that is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is efficient and helpful with dining options. Small quibble: bathroom/vanity are directly opposite the beds. Bad design choice.

We needed a place to stay halfway home from vacation. We thought Springhill Suites by Marriott looked nice & it was closer to the NY border like we wanted. Pleasant staff. Nice greeting when I checked in. Cleaning staff greeted me with either a “hi” or a smile. We stayed in room 207. The room’s air conditioner works beautifully. The couch in the suite was great! We loved how it can be slept on as a twin bed by just removing the back cushions! Much better than a pull-out couch! And more comfortable. The two “full size” beds were on the soft side and seemed too small for two adults to comfortably sleep on. Again, glad we had the sleep-sofa! Also love that the sheets, cover, and pillow for the sofa bed were in the closet & we didn’t have to ask for it. I liked that the sink was outside of the room with the toilet & shower. There was liquid body wash and hair conditioner provided in the shower/ bath, but no shampoo. My husband was disappointed with that discovery. Glad I brought my own for us to use. There was a complimentary breakfast from 6:30am to 9am but I chose to sleep in. I’d stay here again.

The incredibly friendly and attentive staff made this extended stay one of my best in the Danbury area. Each staff member was professional and attentive with exceptional attention to detail and friendliness. The managers, front desk staff and breakfast service was all outstanding

All the staff at Springhill Suites were super friendly and helpful. They really have cultivated an atmosphere of hospitality and helpfulness there. Not all hotels are so friendly and accommodating. We were so pleased with our stay there.

The room was very clean minus a couple ewwy hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast options were lacking, just egg, baked goods, and oatmeal pretty much. Overall staff was very friendly and the place was very quiet and I would stay again.

Such a nice experience. From the friendly staff, to the clean and comfortable room and beds, to the breakfast. We were extremely happy with our stay, and will be returning.

The young woman at the front desk was very helpful. The walls are a bit thin as I was awakened at 4:00 am by a baby crying in the room above me. The room was clean and comfortable.
