阿里卡別墅酒店(Arika Villa)

Weit außerhalb von Dambulla, in der Mitte vom Nirgendwo. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste trotz Saison. Als wir ankamen, war der Pool nicht gewartet, die Terrasse war nicht gereinigt, die Dusche war defekt, Internet funktionierte nicht... alles in allem: das Hotel war nicht gepflegt. Die beiden jungen Leute des Hotels versuchen zu reparieren, aber am Ende war das Hotel völlig überteuert zu dem, was geboten wurde. Das Gebäude scheint nicht fertiggestellt zu sein - überall sind Teile des Gebäudes nicht fertig. Das Essen war suboptimal. Wir haben uns entschieden, woanders zu essen.

Location un po’ più moderna rispetto agli altri hotel dello stesso livello. Camera ampia e spaziosa. Al contrario del primo impatto in cui la camera sembra molto ben tenuta, ci siamo imbattuti, nella nostra camera, nel tappetino del bagno sporco, asciugamani che odoravano di chiuso/muffa (forse dovuto all’umidita del posto o alla modalità di lavaggio/asciugatura della biancheria), federe del cuscino sporche (presumibilmente di sangue) e dopo aver richiesto il cambio, comunque, benché lavate, non sembravano pulite. Acqua calda per una sola doccia e anche breve. Porta della camera che non si chiudeva bene. Durante la notte c’è stato un forte temporale ed è filtrata l’acqua dal tetto, per cui al risveglio abbiamo trovato alcune pozze d’acqua in camera, per fortuna non sul letto ma purtroppo su alcuni vestiti.

Arika Villa is located conveniently and can be found very easily. As we were a big group the staff accommodated to our every request and was very obliging. The food was absolutely delicious and the chef was always at hand for any special requests that we had. Arika is also perfect for mountain biking and they also have a few trails that they can share with you if you need one. if you want to be challenged they also have a few trails that they can share with you. The rooms are very spacious and the linen was very fresh. some of the rooms did have a balcony from which the view was very nice.

An excellent location...where to begin...we were greeted by the whole staff on arrival.The room was of exceptional standard and all the small special touches made it magical. The food was absolutely f fantastic and tasty.Nothing was too much trouble. We felt extremely privileged as we were the only people in the villa.We feel totally blessed and are so fortunate to have been shown such kindness and generosity during our stay there.We would love to return again some day... We booked the entire villa and stayed one night. The stay was fantastic and pleasant. Mr Nishendra and his team provided exceptional service. The food quality and the spread were outstanding. The food was prepared according to our request. Highly recommended place in Dambulla for large group and family outing. Great food and good service!!!

We had our annual office trip to Arika Villa on August 2022. Its the best getaway for anyone that prioritise privacy. From cleanliness to food, everything was excellent and specially the customer service they offer is brilliant. Highly recommend to occupy the whole Villa for large groups.

During our stay at Arika Villa, the hospitality was exceptional, and the food was simply delicious. From the warm welcome to the delectable meals served, every moment was a delight. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the experience, making memories that we will cherish forever. Arika Villa truly exceeded our expectations.
