提阿瓦非凡庫斯科中心酒店(Tierra Viva Cusco Centro)

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep. The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel.

Sewage smell in room, no S Trap in plumbing to stop the smells. Facility also puts chains on the front doors overnight so everyone is trapped in the building. There is no one at the front desk overnight to unlock the chains in case of a fire. Very unsafe. We were on the third floor. Restaurant didn’t open until 6am my husband went out at 5am to get coffee and breakfast because we were leaving early for a trip and the doors were locked and chained. He was very angry. Couldn’t find anyone to get out. We also had difficulty canceling reservations for extra nights with their staff. ******* has been helpful.
