MIl gracias por la alta calidad de su sercicio, realmente una forma muy calida de trato, excelente actitud de servicio y amabilidad. las instalaciones en extremo limpias, siempre estubieron atentos a mis inquietudes y las resolvieron. lo recomiendo a todos los turistas que terminamos amando a Cuenca!!! gran servicio.

A truly excellent hotel with outstanding service. Guests can choose from w wide variety of custom prepared options for breakfast. There is a very nice sitting room upstairs. The location near the historic center is great, and my room was very quiet. The only drawback was that the room was not large enough to accommodate a comfortable chair for reading or napping.

Clean, comfortable stay in a beautiful building. This is a clean, comfortable hotel located near Parque Calderon in Cuenca. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, the beds are comfortable, the shower is great, and the breakfast is simple but delicious. Special thanks to Christina and Dominica for making us feel welcome during our check-in and stay.

El servicio de check in y check out fue muy amable y en el desayuno la atención del mesero fue muy atenta .Dan la opción a servirse mas cafe ,pan etc lo que fue un gran detalle .Mejoraria un poco los panes ya que son un poco secos como recomendación. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y tiene una muy buena relación calidad precio y un staff muy amable ! Gracias

The customer service from Doménica was ABOVE AND BEYOND and made such an incredible impact on this trip! She truly is a special human being and you feel so good just being in her presence! She went out of her way to provide a delicious breakfast for me that accommodated my allergies and was so helpful with recommendations and also assisting with booking a taxi to a remote location. This hotel is so lucky to have such an incredible employee!! Thank you Doménica!! My room was so quiet I didn’t hear a thing the entire time I was here. It’s perfectly located to everything in the historic district. Close to a grocery store, farmacia and lots of shops and great places to eat. The bed was super confortable too! Thank you for such an incredible experience!

Close to Calderon Square and Cuenca Cathedral. Cuenca is the most beautiful colonial and modern cty of Ecuador. Wakable, safe and great cheap transportation system. You can get airport on Tranvía.

I booked a double room but once I arrived. They placed me on an economy double room. Once I had full internet i noticed that they were trying to upsell me the double room for $15 dollars because I compared the room I was given to the rooms they offered online. I went back to the lobby and after an awkward 20 minutes showing the pictures and comparing them, they agreed to give me the room in the picture instead of the one that only had one side table and no sofa, limited space I had been placed in. I have pictures to prove it. Just make sure you double check the pictures with ******* on arrival so they don’t try to tell you that your room is a cheaper one but that you can purchase the one advertised for an extra fee
