After paying through *******, I arrived at the property and I was told they didn’t have a room available for me and they tried to up sell me. When I said I didn’t want that room I was basically told I was out of luck and it would be my own problem that I would be out the $$. The lady at the front desk who claimed to be the manager was aggressive and beyond rude. I said I hope she wasn’t lying. I made some phone calls and found out she was most likely lying and about 15mn later she asked for my name and magically the room type I paid for, she had and she gave me my keys. The absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Unfortunately there was so much snow/ice on the road, I couldn’t just leave.
