費斯塔阿麥利卡科蘇梅爾潛水酒店(Fiesta Americana Cozumel Dive Resort)

Tout d’abord, nous avons été avisé APRÈS avoir payé que les restos et le secteurs au bord de la mer étaient fermés. Il n’y avait pas de chaises au bord de la plage non plus. Avoir su, nous aurions réservé ailleurs. Donc, aucun endroit pour lire en silence. Il y avait seulement notre balcon ou la piscine, mais il y avait de la musique forte toute la journée jusqu’à 22h. Je me suis plains de ne pas avoir de tranquillité et heureusement, ils nous ont permis d’aller à la section Explorean. La nourriture était vraiment excellente ainsi que le service. Les employés sont très gentils et polis. La propreté n’est pas à son meilleur dans les toilettes mais c’est acceptable.

Es un gran lugar. Lamentable les quitaron el área de la playa lo que hubiera sido un gran plus. Lindas instalaciones pero estarían mejor si le metieran más al mantenimiento.

FILTHY, I DONT THINK THE HOTEL HAS BEEN UPDATED IN YEARS! OUR ROOM, POOR A/C WITH MOLD BUILD UP ON WALL, ANT INFESTATION IN ROOM. DO NOT HAVE 7-RESTAURANTS AS ADVERTISED. ONLY TWO, AND THEY ROTATE THE BUFFET FOR THE OTHER. NO BEACH, JUST SHARP ROCK AND THE BAR ACROSS THE ROAD IS CLOSED FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON WITH GOVERNMENT DISPUTE?

When we first came there, I wanted to change the hotel right away, but we could not make any phone calls for the first day, and we decided to upgrade our stay and pay extra money which was a mistake. The hotel needs remodelling. The pool is dirty, no amenities at the beach, the jacuzzi in our presidential suite’s dirty ( mu son got fungus on his face), the food is not what we would encounter in the Carribean ( my husband got food poisoning), and after the rain the whole suite was flooded with water; we called the front desk, and no one came for hours. Beds are comfortable, and rooms were clean. Everyone was nice and kind. We even had a several bottles of alcohol bottles as a courtesy of the hotel which was neither necessary nor needed, but we appreciated the gesture. If we had known everything we know now, we would not have chosen that hotel. Our vacation was pretty ruined…and we booked a private boat one day; the weather was nice in the beginning, but soon it changed into a big storm with lightning- I said that we should go back to the hotel, but the crew member said that it was safe and that no boat was returning so we swam in the choppy sea and with rain and thunder and lightning. We booked this trip at the hotel, but I believe this agency is not affiliated with the hotel. The only nice thing was going to Guido Restaurant downtown Cozumel; the food is great there.

Tudo bom, quarto grande, mas o clube de praia fechado faz uma grande falta. Atendimento da maioria dos batistas poderia ser melhor com exceção do Osvaldo e um ou outro que deram atendimento excelente. Poderia ter mais opções de almoço e variar mais o café da manhã. Música na piscina muito alta sempre. Mas no geral bom.

Venden un hotel de 5 estrellas que está muy lejos de ser lo que ellos publicitan, su club de playa tiene mucho tiempo cerrado y no dicen nada en su página , falta de limpieza en la alberca, mantenimiento deficiente, instalaciones descuidadas además de engañar al huésped, Al llegar al hotel nos recibo una chica (Brianda) quien fue amable y nos ofreció 2 tours playa del cielo y un cenote al regresar nos indicó que se cancelaba el tour al cenote por que el guía les había cancelado, MENTIRA ya que su mismo personal nos indicó que para poder tener ese paseo debíamos tomar su platica de ventas, TOTAL ENGAÑO ) que ella era nueva y no sabia (PERSONAL SIN CAPACITACIÓN ? ) , en general nel personal es muy amable y atento, siempre pendiente de las necesidades del huésped, la comida buena en general ( oportunidad en postres) su guía a playa del cielo es una excelente persona y muy conocedor del área y civilización Maya Cuiden a su gente es el valor más grande que tienen, por mi parte no regresaré a ese hotel nunca, publicaré mis comentarios también en redes sociales Para evitar que más personas caigan en el engañoso paquete que ofrecen

La habitación era amplia pero tuve que exigir la vista al mar (obstruida ) porque a pesar de que pague por ello no me la querían dar. No tiene Loya , la zona del mar está cruzando una calle y solo hay piedras , no hay playa de arena. La comida es muy mala , una disculpa , no hay otra forma de comentarlo. Adicional lo venden como hotel pero es un usar tiempo compartido que la verdad deja mucho que desear en las instalaciones. Nunca había visitado una fiesta americana tan viejo

EXPEDÍA HAS NOT UP TO DATE the amenities about this property. Some of them are published as available but they are not. The property has 24hr room service, which is awesome, but all dirty dishes are placed outside of every room, waiting for housekeeping. Housekeeping has to be coordinated so if you don’t, room is not prepared.

Excelente atencion. Todo el perso al siempre atento a cualquier nececidad. El lugar muy cuidado y de buen gusto
